 + -1 moreIt was frustrating that our service was out for 18 hours before they could get a technician out to fix the issue. And then the technician couldn't figure out the issue until another one showed up. But all is well now.
Description of Work: When neighbor's service was installed, our service line was cut by the contractor burying their line.
