I use Comcast. I use them currently. It's around $100 a month. They have always been professional. Pricing is always an issue, it seems like their services are more expensive.

I usually call them when there is an outage and they will say that they are experiencing some difficulties in that area. It would be up within an hour. Their prices are comparable to what is out there and I have not looked into any other provider. They are a big business and so there is not as much as that personal friendliness. Their customer care services or their technical support people have always been really great.

I could of gotten better customer service from a donkey than I did from the Comcast representatives I have spoken to lately. In total I have spent well over 3 hours attempting to get something accomplished the past few weeks! Still has not happened, and I doubt it ever will because Comcast Customer Service both on the telephone and on Chat is a waste of valuable time! No one knows what is going on, no one gives you a straight answer, and no one follows through. It is like talking to aliens who do not understand English and have No Common Sense!!!
Description of Work: Provider was to port a number from Verizon to replace the current landline phone number with Comcast.

Comcast is not the best because we lose service quite a bit so it is not the best, my husband has a big souped up computer that he stays online with and he is always losing internet on it.

They were the only company in the area that could bundle internet, cable, and phone with other companies. The customer service could use some improvement. They also gave me wrong equipment that took me 4 hours to switch with the correct equipment. The wait time for customer service is very long.
