The crew were friendly and easy to approach. They were consistently prompt and very hard working. The house looks WONDERFUL. Jim came by every morning to check in with me and his crew. This was very reassuring to me. The job was finished on time. I added work to the job after the initial estimate was given. I was only charged for the additional materials. The labor cost remained unchanged. The communication with the office was also very reliable and prompt. The only glitch was the re-installation of the light fixtures. The crew's eagerness to please got a little ahead of their skill level. They got most of the job done, but had an awkward and difficult time of it. Otherwise, everyone was pleasant and cooperative. I would hire them again any time.
