 + -1 moreIt went well, except for the fact that I was charged about $50 more than the estimate I was given over phone by the repair company, and I believe the part needed was the part the repair shop expected would be needed when they quoted a repair estimate. This is probably partly my fault, since I didnt question it, and just paid him the amount he told me, as I was grateful to have the set working correctly again. I dont remember the repairmans name, but he was courteous, he removed his shoes before walking on our off-white carpet, did the needed repair in a very reasonable length of time, and then left the TV situated as he found it. No complaints, would call them again if needed, but will discuss the price with repairman before work starts.
Description of Work: Was unable to turn off our TV. Contract repairman called to say he would be a little late, which I appreciated knowing. I think I remember he was at the house about 45 minutes. He replaced a part, which he had with him, and the TV has worked fine ever since.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE, THE STORE WAS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND THE NEW OWNERS ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. I FEEL THEY ARE GOOD HONEST PEOPLE AND WILL SURELY RETURN.
Description of Work: MY 27 INCH TV HAD SUDDENLY WENT BLACK WITH NO SOUND. I TOOK THE TV FOR AN ESTIMATE OF WHICH THE PRICE IS INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL REPAIR. THERE WERE SOME LOOSE CONNECTIONS AND THEY WERE SOLDERED AND THE TV WAS READY TO PICK UP THE NEXT DAY.

 + -1 moreJIM AT COLORVISION IS FANTASTIC. HE HAS AN OLD SHOP THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS FROM THE 50S, BUT THERE MUST OF BEEN MORE THAN 30 TVS IN FOR REPAIRS. HE WAS ON TIME AND UNDER BUDGET. WE WILL GLADLY GO BACK TO COLORVISION IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: OUR SONY TV WAS NOT TURNING ON AND OFF PROPERLY. THE ELECTRONIC TUNER MODULE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED.
