KEN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND ALSO SAVVY WITH TECHNOLOGY. HE USED A PROGRAM ON THE COMPUTER TO DESIGN THE CLOSET SO WE COULD SEE EXACTLY HOW IT WOULD LOOK, WITH IMMEDIATE PRICING ON EVERY LITTLE CHANGE. HIS INVOICING WAS ALSO ONLINE, WHICH MADE BILL PAYMENT CONVENIENT. KEN WAS PROMPT, NEAT, COURTEOUS, AND PATIENT WITH ALL THE LITTLE CHANGES. WE WILL CONTACT HIM IF WE DECIDE TO RENOVATE OTHER AREAS IN OUR HOME AND DEFINITELY WANT TO RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS. HE ALSO HAS A UNIQUE SLIDING BOOK SHELF SYSTEM THAT CAN BE USED TO COVER A CLOSET DOOR OR A DOOR INTO A ROOM.
