Clock Doctor

In the beginning, they were very good and cordial. The repairs we not very good. The clock is designed to run without being winded up for 7 days. But I have to re-wind it up every 6 days or reset it every week. It should be an easy fix.

The grandfather clock that was supposedly repaired worked for about 3 days then quite. The owner/technician had written on the receipt for $600 service that there would be a 1 yr warranty. When I called him to request that he repair the clock again he would not return 3 calls within 2 weeks. When I called him from another phone number I spoke with him and he agreed to come out to repair the clock again. He did not show for that appointment and does not return my calls. Do not use this person

He was prompt; he came out when he said he would. He gave me an estimate to fix it and took the clock away, fixed it and brought it back. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
