clock repair
 + -1 moreIn the beginning, they were very good and cordial. The repairs we not very good. The clock is designed to run without being winded up for 7 days. But I have to re-wind it up every 6 days or reset it every week. It should be an easy fix.
Description of Work: They repairs my grandfather clock. They cameo ut picked it up, repaired. and brought it back.

 + -1 moreThe grandfather clock that was supposedly repaired worked for about 3 days then quite. The owner/technician had written on the receipt for $600 service that there would be a 1 yr warranty. When I called him to request that he repair the clock again he would not return 3 calls within 2 weeks. When I called him from another phone number I spoke with him and he agreed to come out to repair the clock again. He did not show for that appointment and does not return my calls. Do not use this person
Description of Work: .The owner/technician came to my home and assessed the work needed on a grandfather clock. He gave me an estimate for the work and the time it would take, 2 months. He returned the clock within that time frame but the clock did not work after a few days and he would not honor his 1 yr warranty for the repair. He would not return calls.

 + -1 moreHe was prompt; he came out when he said he would. He gave me an estimate to fix it and took the clock away, fixed it and brought it back. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: We had our antique clock repaired by Clock Doctor about a month ago. He had to replace some gears that had worn out and also oiled it.
