They were prompt, came when we expected, did a fine job, and left the place neat. We have hot water! We have a well, and it is rough on hot water heaters (we added a neutralizer recently and hope that reduces wear and tear but that's another story). Ours had a slow leak, which caused a short. They came out on a Sunday and fixed the short but advised this was a short term fix only. We had them back out to replace the heater that week.
