Work that was performed was excellent. The only issue that I had was I had to call to get updates. Other that that I am completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them for service.

He never showed up

They don?t have good service hours and the quality of their work is not good as well. I?m very dissatisfied with their attitude and they are not apologetic. They are also not open on Sundays. Whenever they take one of my equipment for repair, I don?t hear from them for quite some time and they don?t even call to inform as to how long it would take until I call them myself. They are the only company in my area, so I have no other choice but to keep using their service.

THIS WARRANTY WORK, AS I LEARNED WHEN I PICKED UP MY MACHINE, WAS REALLY CAUSED BY USER ABUSE. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANING THE AREA WHERE THIS BELT OPERATES AFTER EVERY MOWING. I USE A MULCH BLADE AND PLUG INSTEAD OF COLLECTING THE GRASS CLIPPINGS AND WHEN I DON'T CLEAN THAT PLUG AREA WELL ENOUGH AFTER MOWING, THE CLIPPINGS GOB UP AND IMPEDE THE BELT. THE SERVICE DEPT. AT THE COMPANY REPAIRED IT ANYWAY AND ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE PARTS. THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE INSTRUCTION AND FOR THEIR LABOR, BUT THEY DIDN'T. I'LL MAKE SURE I ALWAYS BUY MY LAWN EQUIPMENT AT THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE ON TIME. THE CONVENIENCE OF HAVING THEM COME TO OUR MOWER RATHER THAN TAKING THE MOWER TO THEM WAS WELL WORTH IT. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS ENCOURAGED ME TO MAINTAIN MY MOWER ON A MORE REGULAR BASIS.
