CITY BARK

Ordered and delivered the same day. Have used them several times and they have always been very responsive and on time.

When driver arrived opened tail gate on the back half of 10 Yard dump truck. Back half was only about 2/3 loaded. Driver indicated front half would have additional material to make 5 yards. Watched truck unload and no material was in front half so basically I only received a partial load. Called company and they basically blamed the person that loaded the truck and offered no resolution. Needless to say they have not lived up to their original evaluation on Angie's list.

I called Friday about 4:30. The woman I spoke to was working the phones and checking trucks with loads, out at the same time. I had measurements for the areas where I needed soil, but hadn't measured it the way she needed it, so between trucks, she used my measurements to figure how much I needed. I haven't gotten it laid down yet, but I think it will be about right - she really seemed to "know her stuff". I didn't expect to get my load the next day, but that's when they got me in. I'm pleased with there service, and would use them again.

I called for an estimate and the woman who answered was very helpful and helped me figure out how to measure the yard to determine the amount of mulch I needed. She was able to get it to me the same day - the mulch was delivered just 2 hours later! She also told me that if I needed more I could call her back and get more delivered without paying an additional delivery charge. I was very pleased with the product and she sold me just the right amount! Thanks!

They performed the delivery, unloading, and cleanup extremely well. The truck driver showed up on time and delivered to the right house, delivered to the right spot, etc. It couldnt have gone more smoothly. I've used other companies in the past to deliver large amounts quantity and cost wise to my house and rentals before and this is by far the best experience I've had with any of them. I would highly recommend using this company over any of the others in the local area.

Initially I was completely impressed, their prices were great, they could deliver the following day, and they could bring 2 different items in the same truck. However, the delivery was made to the wrong driveway. The two houses have been mistaken before, so as I left for work that morning I called back to mention that my house had no trees in front vs. hers having several. [Even so, a delivery person should triple check the house address]. The receipt had the correct house number on it, but it was also left at her house. When I returned home from work it was too late to see if anything could be done by City Bark, my neighbor didn't have a driveway to use and it put my project back a day while I moved gravel out of her driveway, and I had to rally up a crew to help me that much more. When I notified City Bark I didn't get much more than a "I'll let my manager know." I'd use them again as everything else was reasonable, but I'd either be more specific or arrange to be home.

THEY HAD A REALLY GOOD SELECTION OF SOIL MIXES AND BARK. THEY WERE VERY ACCURATE IN ESTIMATING THE TIME OF DAY THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER THE BARK, WHICH I FEEL IS VERY CONSIDERATE.
