She was available on a few days notice to spend an entire Saturday showing us homes (lucky us, she's normally booked out weeks in advance). I described to her how I wanted a home with "some character". She knew exactly what I was talking about. We saw 10 homes in one day. Several of those were occupied, and she did a great job of being in communication, staying 2 steps ahead of where we were, so that homes were open to us when we got there. She did a great job of balancing letting us roam around, while still being available to answer questions. I never had the sense she was pressuring us, or wanting us to do anything other than get a good feel for each house. At the end of the day, we thought 4 of the houses could be right for us. She kept on top of them over the next few days while we thought things over. She let us know when one went to Sale Pending. She helped us write the offer for the house we ended up picking. The process proved tricky. The seller was not happy about selling, but chose to sell anyway. Chris guided us thru the process expertly. She was a great advocate for us getting what we wanted. End result: we got the keys yesterday, and couldn't be happier.
