Cleaning team (Tom and Byron) were on time, friendly, honest and efficient. The carpet looks great; all the pet stains are gone. Would definitely use again.

It went great! It was so nice to have two workers working together. They were very nice people and they did a great job!

They were on time, in fact, early. Don and his assistant cleaned the carpets beautifully. They also cleaned our dryer vent, our dining chairs, our vehicle front seats because they get used the most. They did a great job! We have used this company for over 20+ years.

Everything went great. The young lady scheduling the work was friendly and helpful. Then as I was told he would do, the carpet cleaner Jake called when he was on his way to the house (during the window of time I expected) and he arrived on time. He started with a walk through of the house and a determination of the work I wanted done and he calculated the cost. I used two coupons. One for 25% off the whole house and one for 10% off the upholstery work. Jake was hardworking and thorough and he did extra cleaning to get candle wax off a couch and carpet. Rob arrived a couple hours into the job to assist since there was so much to clean. Rob was great too and did extra work on the sectional couch and ottoman that was not expected. Both Jake and Rob were energetic and worked quickly. The carpets dried pretty much completely the same day and all parts of the couches were dry by the next day. All the pet stains on the carpets were totally gone. All cat hair and staining were gone on the light-colored couch and loveseat. We are really happy with all the results. Everything looks beautiful and the carpet looks like new. Working with all the people at Chem-Dry was a good experience.

They're very good and always follow up to see what kind of a job was done. I've used them for a number of years.

I had gotten a great cleaning. It was excellent, it was the best carpet cleaning I've ever had. They were very good. I plan on using them again. Everything was back to normal after they finished. It was very good. It took an hour to complete the job. There was one person that came to complete the job.  I was very impressed. It was so fast. It was try in the matter of 2-3 hours. It came out so clean. He spot cleaned it before. He did a very thorough job, and the carpets were just gorgeous afterwards.

I was painting inside my house and I spilled some paint on my stairs. They were out in my house in half-an-hour and soaked it all up. My wife never knew until I told her. They did a fantastic job so I am very loyal to them. They got the paint out of the carpet which was amazing and once-a-year, they clean our entire house. They do all the carpets in our house.

I have rental property and I needed my carpets cleaned.  Jon arrived on time and explained the cost (30% discount for an empty location).  He was very professional.  I would definitely use this company again.

I bought a $99 coupon and they honored the coupon price. They were really good and I was very pleased with them. They were prompt and they knew what they were doing. They were honest too.

Darin does a superb job. I have used him for 18 years. I have tried others on occasions but I always return. Great job!

I had an 8x10 are carpet that needed cleaning so I called them to see if I could drop the carpet off. They said and quot;absolutelyand quot;, told me when it would be ready for pick up and the cost of cleaning. They even called with a reminder that the carpet was ready and that someone would be there to help me place it in the car.
I will use them again in a few weeks to clean a couch and two chairs!

The stains that we were concerned about came back shortly after the carpets were cleaned and dry. The technician came back again at no charge, removed the stains, and the stains came back within the week.
Finally, I purchased some carpet stain remover, got down on the floor and cleaned the stains myself--and they did NOT come back. So, I have to conclude that the cleaning done by this company did not include adequately addressing our particular carpet stains.
The technician did mention that he was fairly new, and so things might be going better for him and this company now.

I would absolutely hire this company again. I was totally impressed with how prompt and courteous the technician was. I was pleased with the outcome of my carpets. The technician also left me a can of spot remover to use.

One time our daughter spilled paint on her carpet in her room and we called up Chem-dry on a Saturday. The owner, John, was about to close up shop for the day, but instead, he came to our home and spent two hours removing the paint out of our carpet.
We are a customer for life.

Robert arrived on time and did a good job of cleaning my carpets.

Jon showed up as promised, completed the work right on schedule and priced everything fairly. Start to finish it was a great experience!
