I've had many a carpet cleaner only for stains to come back again and again.  Not so with this service!  They are totally different from anyone we've ever hired.  They were professional, did not have a bunch of "extras" that then cost you more.  They vacuumed for me instead of me having to do all the work prior to them arriving.  They moved the furniture.  They are by no means more expensive for this much superior service.  They were honest about stains that they may not be able to remove (but they came out in the end anyway - without extra charges) and my carpets were sparkling clean!  They are older carpets and they were actually a few shades lighter when they were  done!  We've had them back since and they've always been great.  Have recommended them to all my friends and have had only good feedback.

I have used Chem-Dry several times and am thoroughly pleased each time. They are prompt, professional and get the job done well.

Dave and Randy promptly arrived at the scheduled service time. They set up the truck and proceeded to clean three bedrooms and a walk in closet carpet. They set up fans to help dry and paid particular attention to two areas of high traffic which required extra cleaning. They helped move some chairs and cleaned up after they were done. They were great.

Dan and Randy were prompt, courteous and very efficient. They did a thorough job.

The Guys (Dan/Randy) arrived early by about 30 minutes. It was great cause I hate waiting when someone is late. They looked at the carpets and cleaned exactly where I wanted them to. Then they went to my rental and cleaned and sanitized the carpet and got all the animal stains out. They also gave me tips on how to clean the grout in my bathroom. Was glad friends recomended them.

They are very good, and very professional. They are very available. They are good sports about moving furniture and they bring their own equipment.

We spent around $210 on their services. I'm not sure of it though. Overall it was excellent. They've done a good job. They did an excellent job. They're not real friendly but they are down to business. They pay attention to their work. Then they ask us if it's done to our satisfaction. The overall experience with them is excellent. We're not sure of the price but we know that they've done a good job. So that's all we know. The quality of work is excellent. We will use their services again in the future.

I have a tiny house and they do the carpet cleaning for my entire house. They are absolutely wonderful. They are the only one that I use. The equipments they use are portable and effective. It has the power to clean. They take it out side and take out the water and it is good to go. They are outstanding in everything. I show them even tiny areas and they take out the dirt immediately. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

This is the second time we have had our carpets cleaned in our house and this company did such a better job than the first one we used! We were surprised that some stains in the carpet came out nicely that we thought would be there forever. The employee showed up on time and was pleasant to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing a carpet cleaning service.

He arrived late, but called in advance to say he would be late and what time he would arrive, and he did arrive at that time. He was very nice, informative, and seemed to take the time to perform an excellent job.
