Excellent. Charles has been working on stucco and EIFS construction and repair for many years. He expressed good judgment based on his experience on what needed to be fixed and what was being done only to satisfy the inspector. He offered to talk to a perspective buyer when we were selling our house about our siding and the work that he did. I would hire Charles for any type of siding work again.
