CERTIFIED TESTING SERVICES

I spoke with Chuck over the phone. His process is very simple and he's a pleasure to speak with. They test when in the area providing a report to you via email and to the city without you having to do anything except pay the nominal $45 fee. It's a little irritating you are required to do this testing annually however, that is a gripe on city/county regulations not Chuck's business. You can opt-in/out as well to have your testing automatically done each year by Chuck. I think they've got it down to a science.

Chuck was very easy to schedule with, and he sent our report direct to the city for us.  

Perfect. I called. They inspected right away (I didn't even have to be home) and sent a copy of the inspection to the requesting party and sent me two copies in case the city wanted more proof of the inspection.

They were extremely prompt and responsive. They did all the paperwork with the county / PUD and gave me clear and concise invoices and a copy of what they sent in.

I called on a Tuesday and they came out on Friday. I met with Chuck Masey when he arrived and he explained what he was doing as this was my first year living here. Very helpful and easy, I would recommend them.

Great company! The woman I spoke with explained what was needed in detail. She assured me that the test would be sent directly to the city, with a copy to us. Price quoted was priced charged and work was performed as promised. Will definitely do business with them again!
