"Customer did not order 3 way Top Soil. Customer requested Fill Dirt at the cheapest price available. Customer was not prepared to receive or distribute Fill Dirt. Product was inspected by customers worker who had no plans to receive product or to work with moving after delivery. Customer was totally unprepared what what they ordered. They had no idea of what they needed or what to do with it after getting it. Customer had only the cheapest fill dirt in mind when ordering. The fill dirt provided was excellent dirt with Wash. State Inspection approved, product had been screened for debris however was a-little clumpy due to past rain. Customer was unwilling to work with product & was the only customer that had any complaint with said product. Over 300 tons of same fill dirt delivered with no complaints what so ever."
