I'm very pleased. Maria helped me find the perfect laminate flooring for my bedroom and a remnant that would work for my bathroom, saving some money there. They worked within my deadline (visitors coming for a visit) and accommodated my special request to check the subfloor to see  if it needed sealant laid down after the carpet was pulled up (it turned out not to need it).
The installers were also great, and they put a lot of extra effort into finding a way to handle the hatch in the walk-in closet that leads down to the crawl space. Looks great!

Couldn't ask for better.

Craig came by a measured the office and determined the remnant of carpet I had was adequate.  He then measured a conference room which we hope to re-carpet soon and passed on to Carpet USA the measurement so they would also have it for their file.

We scheduled a date within a very tight timeline for both of us for him to install the carpet.  He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

It was a good experience and the price was very good. Ultimately, I went with them because of the price.  

Craig fixed the areas that I was concerned with and did an excellent job of installing the vinyl. In addition to the vinyl, he removed and replaced the base boards in my older home.

THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO OUR HECTIC SCHEDULE. THEY WERE VERY KIND IN REGARDS TO OUR BUDGET. THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT, QUICK, AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TREATED US VERY GOOD!

VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL SALESPEOPLE. NICE AND LOW KEY, NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES. WE ESPECIALLY LIKED THEIR REMNANT SECTION AND PRICES, WE WERE ABLE TO SAVE SOME MONEY THERE.

CARPET USA FOR A LITTLE SHOP, HAS A BIG VARIETY TO SELECT FROM. THEY SEEM TO KNOW THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEIR PRICES ARE GENERALLY LOWER THAN ELSEWHERE AND THEY ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED.
