Very good experience over all. The carpet was very clean after work. It took awhile for Gary to return my call (a day or two), but he was able to get me scheduled within 3 days. He was also late arriving for the appointment (about 50 min late), but he worked quickly and efficiently once he arrived. You can't beat the price! I had been paying around $100 to get the carpet cleaned by other companies, without as good cleaning.
