Great service and value

Contractor decided to pour concrete in between rain storm. Concrete is spotted and chalky in spots. Contractor refuses to return my phoe calls. Also did awful job of clean up. They left the old down spout items randomly scatter over yard. There was concrete mud/ dirt smeared on garage door. Contractor said he would bring by dirt because new driveway narrower at bottom then previous driveway. Which also means they did not measure correctly in the first place. Contractor also said he needed to return to but asphalt over the contrete they got on the public street. Contractor has never returned. He cashed the check and ran

Luke was very professional to work with and we thought his design suggestions were a real plus for this project. In spite of very raining weather, with tenting and other measures the project stayed on track and met the timelines we had agreed to. We will certainly call him again if we have issues needing quality concrete solutions.

Luke Carlson was very prompt about seeing about the job and providing a bid.  He and his workers were courteous and friendly, and the work was ultimately very nice.  However, there were some lag times, waiting on the concrete truck(s) for pouring, that were likely not the fault of CCC.  My only real complaint was the serious lack of communication throughout the job.  I often felt like my calls were avoided.  And there was no response to my final concerns...ever.

The estimate portion of the job went really well.  Luke contacted me quickly came out quickly.  The scheduling took a little more communication due to both of us being out of town at the time.    The job that was done in 7 hours over 4 days was very frustrating  Communications were not the best. . When the job was scheduled it was for Monday and possibly Tuesday and ended up extending into Thursday.  Monday the area was dug out in about 3 hours.  The young man who did this informed me that he was going to wait in his pickup for  his boss to show up with the gravel.  A few hours later I realized that there was no one there any longer so I had to text the owner to see what was happening.  He informed me he couldn't get gravel until the morning.I had to ask what time he said should be here with it around 9:00 Am and concrete after that.  He showed up about 9:45 the gravel and rebar was placed.  He informed me that the concrete delivery was after two others so would be later in the day would let me know when.  At 3:50 that afternoon I texted again to get a status on the concrete and was informed that it would have to be tomorrow.....Wednesday around noon maybe earlier.   Wednesday he texts me at 12:10 to let me know that the concrete won't be delivered until 2:00pm.   The concrete arrived and was put in.  The area had to be tented as now it is raining.  (Monday was 74 and sunny).  They would have to come out Thursday to check it and remove tent and forms.  I had expressed at the time of scheduling that I did not want the job to drag out so that I had a whole in my backyard.  I believe the job properly prepared for could have and should have been completed on Monday (7 hours) and not drug out over the entire week.   I was disappointed in the fact that I had to keep requesting updates on the status of the work because I was not informed otherwise.

Our experience with them was good. We decided to choose them to come out probably because of the ratings and reviews, and because of the location. They seemed knowledgeable.

Can't say enough nice things about them.  Work was excellent, great cut lines and brushing.  Formed just the way we wanted.  They were very personable and professional.  Enjoyed the whole experience.  I would highly recommend them.

He was quick and efficient.  He did it in a timeframe he said he would do it.  He did a very good job.
