C & C Chem-Dry

There were multiple tough stains and Dan worked on them but several came back in less than a week. I told them about it and Dan came back for 30-60 minutes to work on them but it didn't take. I have used them at least 5 times so I called Pam (his wife and business manager). She sent Issac, their son out to see if he could clear up the spots. He was very thorough and virtually all the spots are now gone. 
This is a family operated franchise and they all work very hard. This was not an easy job and I have never had to call them back in the past. In summary, I would definetely recommend them. Both Dan and Issac are hard workers and thorough. Pam is an excellent business manager and they stand behind their work. They did not charge me for the additional visits as they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They are hard working, experienced and high integrity. I highly recommend them.

Did a great job! On time and professional!

They charged me less than anyone else quoted me and did more work that contracted to do. They have great customer service, were gracious, and I was impressed and pleased with the service and results. The caprets have stayed clean and I will use them again.

We use them all the time. They are prompt, very thorough, reasonably priced and they use a product that is safe for pets and doesn't take forever to dry. We will continue to use them in the future.

I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, DID A GOOD JOB OF MOVING THINGS AND CLEANING UP FOR US WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND THEY WORKED QUICKLY.

THE CREW CAME ON TIME WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. SPENT A SATISFACTORY AMOUNT OF TIME WORKING ON SPECIAL AREAS, PRETREATING THE CARPET. THEN PROCEEDED TO USE THEIR CHEM DRY SYSTEM. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.

OVERALL, I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. BUT I WASNT PLANNING ON PAYING FOR EXTRA PRETREATING. THE CLEANER GUY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO DO IT IN ORDER TO HAVE THE WORK GUARANTEED.
