It's wasn't plugged, a part stopped working right. Took time but found the problem. Then easy fix and added a new seal ( at my request)

He gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before arriving, He was able to fix the problem that 2 other companies could not and his price was better than the 2 companies that did nothing! He is prompt, professional and courteous. He also repaired our dishwasher approximately 2 months ago and did an excellent job. His pricing is fair and he does great work. I would not hesitate to call him for any appliance repairs, and I recommend him highly to all my family and friends! Very trustworthy and does quality work!

Mike Brockman promptly returned my initial call and scheduled service the next day (he wanted to come out immediately but I had a schedule conflict).  The service tech called to confirm he was on his way, showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem with both appliances quickly and offered solutions.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I understood the problem.  Plus their price was INCREDIBLY reasonable.  I would highly reccomend this company and will call them again if any other problems arise with our appliances.

Everything went well. Very professional. The owner, Mike Brockman, was honest and looked out for my best interests.  He suggested I check with the repair guy I'd recently used to find out if the problem would be covered by a service warranty. That would have saved me money, but might have cost Mike the job. No warranty though, so Mike happily took care of the job. He's now my go-to guy!

Mike cleaned the pump filter and unclogged the pressure tube. Educated me on the amount of detergent I should be using (didn't realize I was using so much). Couldn't believe he called the next day to ask how the washer was running! Will definitely call Brockman Appliance Service in the future.

The main burner on the stove top wouldn't turn off and stayed on high no matter what the dial indicated. The stove had to be unplugged to stop the high heat. I called him and he called back the next day with an appointment time. He arrived on time and quickly assessed what was wrong, called and ordered the part, and gave estimate. He made appointment for the following day to complete repairs. He showed up on time and quickly repaired the relay computer board. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The stove is working perfectly. Saved us significant money in comparison to buying a new range. Will use him again if the need arises.

Brockman's is awesome. I selected Brockman's because the repairman could get out to us sooner than any of the competitors I called. By the time he arrived, the entire appliance had been thawed out and cleaned and started working for him right away. He still examined the entire appliance, top to bottom, taking the time to explain everything that could possibly have caused the problem. He then came back TWICE (including two days later) to check over the appliance again after it had been working for awhile, to make sure the problem did not repeat itself. And we were charged just for a single service visit. He was polite, timely, offered helpful advice, and clear explanations.

I have an old (~30 yrs) refrigerator that was no longer working well. I thought it just needed some refrigerant and thought it might cost $200 or so. Brockman told me that if he came out, he'd have to charge a service fee. And given the age of the refrigerator, he'd not be able to fix it anymore. AND his advice would be the same whether or not he charged a service fee.
I appreciate candid advice even if it doesn't suit my hopes.
