Brandon did an excellent job for us. We worked with him for almost 2 years - a developer was buying our property and we looked and found a house, only to learn that the developer couldn't close as promised. Because of this, Brandon went back and was able to sweeten the deal for us. It took 18 months before the sale finally closed and Brandon was very involved and kept it on track as best he could through the whole process. When we finally purchased a new house, the owner was elderly and didn't do anything via email Brandon drove over to get him to sign the papers and to keep things moving along. He's always willing to go above and beyond. Excellent service all around and we can't recommend him highly enough.
