"[Member Name Removed] please correct your review. We are not located in Colorado we are located in Vancouver Washington. You have reviewed the wrong company I'm sorry. From my understanding there is a boulder falls landscape in Colorado but we are not them"
"(removed member name) account was switched to a pay as you go account for reasons I won't disclose. We made two previous trips to her house and were unable to complete work though we wanted too. We were not compensated for our time and greatly inconvenienced. We were promised that the issue had been corrected on her end and assured that everything was in process however we waited and waited with no result. After several false promises and a lot of wasted time on our part Boulder Falls decided to cut tie's with (removed member name). We were finally able to complete one mow, the first mow of the season a month after our first attempt. Her saying the lawn was to long is an understatement because the grass with over a foot tall when we mowed it and still needed more work beyond that. We refunded her remaining balance the day we cancelled her as a customer. I think her review is very disingenuous and spiteful."
