We have a large two story home. He powerwashed our concrete roof. His work is very good. He cleans up very well. I went up to inspect once he was done, and he did a very, very good job. He is very cordial. I had several quotes other than his and his was the most reasonable priced. He is very thorough, and we were very pleased with his clean up. I would defiintely hire him again.

I hired Allan to pressure was the tile roof and concrete walks, driveway and patio, and clean the gutters and wash the windows. He has a great personality and does excellent quality work. Unfortunately he has a problem keeping appointments which causes him to reschedule numerous times. i referred him to a friend and he did the same thing so she said that she would never hire him again. To his credit he always called and said he was not coming. I al;ways defended him because his price and quality was excellent. The final issue that  causes me to give him such a low rating was we had some debris from a gutter appear on the roof that he probably failed to remove the first time. I called numerous times to resolve the problem but he did not answer his phone or return my calls. I finally spoke to him and he promised to come in a few days and fix the problem. He never showed up and never answered or returned two more calls.

They use pressure washer, they do everything you want. Allan Schwendt is a fantastic worker and reliable. When you take a look at his work last summer, he got it all done.
