FRED CAME OUT AFTER HOURS, BECAUSE WE HAD OUR WATER TURNED OFF TO FIX THE FACET. HE CAME WITHIN 15 MINUTES. REPAIRED THE BROKEN FACET AND PIPE. HIS HOURLY RATE WAS $100.00. HE WORKED ON THE PROBLEM FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS, AND EVEN DID SOME EXTRA TOUCHES, AND STILL ONLY CHARGED US $100.00. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND QUALIFIED I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY NEIGHBORS.
