Very professional and keep the job clean at all times. The job was started and finished on time. All our expectations of the material used were meet as we loved the color choices and the material warranty.

Installer worked quickly and finished the demo/removal of our old fiberglass shower and the installation of shower in one day. He was very courteous, put down mats to protect our floor, and made sure to clean up after himself. The acrylic shower walls look fabulous and the caulking perfectly matches the color we choose. I've seen other posts where people didn't like that they could see the caulk, but I have to be practically touching my nose to it to see it. Only thing we're not as thrilled about is the shower pan in the floor. It doesn't match the modern look of acrylic and looks kind of cheap. Overall we're still satisfied with the product and the price was competitive. A much better alternative to the re-bath liners product that we'd considered before finding this.

Duane and Ben did a great job from demo to new install. They replaced tubs in two bathrooms with new tub and shower stall. Always arrived on time and completed as promised. Workmanship is excellent. Good communications and attention to details. They would ask how we would like certain items installed instead of guessing or making their own decisions. Access areas were protected and cleaned up at the end of every work day. When a problem with first tub surfaced they responded promptly. Unfortunately the tub had to be replaced. This entailed complete demo again, no cost to us. It's been 8 months now since install and all still looks great.

I originally met Duane at 2016 Clark County Fair. I was there to enjoy the day with my family and didn't think I'd also get a couple companies to come out and look at our bathroom- which was in major need of repair. I didn't want to spend time that day talking to people or looking at their displays, so I took everyone's brochures and gave my number to be called. We dealt with 3 companies that day. One company we found out wasn't suitable for our needs of wanting to expand our shower etc so we declined to even have them come out. We had Duane and another company come out to the house. Duane was the first one to call us to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time and in a professional manner. He worked along with our busy hectic schedules and came after hours if needed to accommodate us. He was well prepared for the initial meeting (which is probably most important as first impressions are key!) He had all samples in hand and ready to do his demo. The other guy who came out wasn't prepared so well, wasn't so professional looking, and wasn't told by his people that scheduled the appointment exactly what we wanted to do with the bathroom. Overall, between the 2 companies and men that came out and products and overall look and appearance and price we decided to go with Luxury Bath! I had told Duane that I am hosting Thanksgiving this year (16) and would like the bathroom completely done so people can enjoy it. And he worked his schedule around to make sure the job was complete well ahead of the Holiday season. We decided to redo the bathroom completely, which included putting in a new shower and making it bigger (a walk in shower), we moved the toilet over to make more space for it to be wheel chair accessible and changed the sink and flooring etc. I have an AFH and HIGHLY encourage anyone in my situation to go ahead and put all the bells and whistles from the beginning and definitely expand the shower and make it walk in. I also added a built in shower bench, added lots of shampoo with built in hand rail shelves and also dual shower heads. There was nothing that I didn't spare and I'm so happy that I did that! It's been a few months now since the job was complete and I couldn't be happier with the end result! It cost a pretty penny but it was well worth it and would do it again if I had to! Giving showers are so much easier, convenient, and comfortable on both the resident and caregivers. The shower itself and overall look of the whole bathroom looks really nice and elegant. My overall goal was to have it be wheelchair accessible but look really nice and homelike at the same time. Duane was very good in helping with the design and colors and had plenty of ideas of how to make my vision come to life. From our talks, he knew what I wanted and worked very hard to achieve it for me. The job went very fast! I think it was less then 10 working business days to strip the bath down, replace some flooring and then start on the actual project. They always came on time, cleaned up after every workday all the mess that as made and Duane kept me informed and up to date with the progress of the project. You can tell that Duane really cares about his business and making his customers happy and puts his heart into his business. I saw in him a lot of my own traits in regard to my business. Customer service is very important to him and having a happy customer at the end of the day is what was most important to him. I've worked with a lot of remodeling companies on house projects and I can tell you that working with Duane and seeing his dedication to his job and customers was refreshing. I was very pleased with the whole experience and how fast the project was complete. I've talked to other friends that had similar bathroom projects done in their homes with complete bathroom remodel where it took upwards a month or so! Not with Luxury Bath. I'm very happy with my bathroom and get incredible comments from anyone who sees my bathroom or shower and are left in "awe."

Duane (owner) is not a pressure salesman. He showed us our options, made suggestions in keeping with what we wanted to do, showed us how color combinations looked in actual bathrooms he completed. His installation team was great. They were professional, clean, very competent and very experienced. We are thrilled with the outcome - shower feels so much more spacious. Another key point - the huge snowfall only delayed them one day. We selected one or two optional elements which pushed the cost up. the key thing is how they prepare the walls before putting on the wall panels - unlike another company we used in the past, they go to the studs and completely recover the walls with new wood - effectively, you do not need to look for studs if you add anything later that needs to penetrate the wall of the shower (e.g. new grab bar). They moved a wall for us to put in an oversized shower pan and prepared it to be paint ready. The Microban (built into the panels to inhibit mold and mildew) was a huge seller for my wife who wants an easy clean shower to maintain.

Duane explained the process and the time frame involved. When unexpected issues came up, Duane had quick solutions and the project continued. We're very happy with the outcome.

Very well! This was a very much needed shower and will be a wonderful asset to the value of our house. It will be used by many. They were timely and did what they said they would do. They were diligent in making sure all the grab bars were where we needed them to be! They did a great job and I would have them put in another shower in my house.

Setup an appointment for an estimate at a booth they had at the Clark County Fair.  Duane was on time, explained his product, showed us a video and some pictures of completed work. We were offered financing which we were approved for although I made a down payment so our payments weren't so high. Duane gave us a date in October. A week or 2 later he called us to let us know our bathtub had arrived and he was able to do the install in September and it would take about 3 days. On install day Duane and Ben showed up on time and started work right away. They laid down drop cloths to protect the carpet. After demo Duane hauled away the old tub and tile. We were welcome to come see what they were doing at any point of the install. A plumber came to do the drain and water lines, which was a surprise I thought Duane would do all of that. Ben stayed really late the first day. On the second day Ben asked us where we wanted all of our shelves mounted and height of the curtain rod. They were all done on the end of the second day. They were both polite and respectful. I highly recommend Duane and Ben for your Luxury Bath install.


I'm writing this review 2 weeks later. Everything is working great and its an awesome feeling knowing there is no water going where it shouldn't. If you want that tile look but don't want all the grout lines this is what you want.

Everything went as planned! In fact the supplies came in early and we had our new shower 2 weeks earlier than expected!

My husband and I went to a home show and selected three vendors to come and give us a price on a new master bathroom shower. Duane from Luxury Bath was the first to come and that was within a few days of the show.  He was dressed professionally in a logo shirt and was very kind, respectful and thorough in his presentation.  The second vendor came a week later and he was not professional in the least and he lied to us about his product.  He provided a poor presentation and the cost was $2000 more.  We decided to cancel the third presentation because we found out they would be the most expensive.  We chose Luxury Bath and we were extremely glad that we did. They did everything as advertised and exceeded our expectations. 

Duane was there every step of the way ensuring that our service was exceptional.  He worked with the plumber and he came both days that the shower was being put in.  The shower installer was meticulous to detail taking his time with the entire install.  The first day he worked 12 hours and the second time he came he worked 5 hours.  It is simply a beautiful shower and we could not be more pleased.  If you want a new shower or bath Luxury Bath is the way to go and Duane is your man.

Good old fashioned, honest, quality work by Duane, Ben and Kaden. They did what they said they were going to do, arrived when they said they were going to arrive, finished when they said they were going to finish, cleaned-up and hauled away the junk. 100% recommend these guys and would hire them again

Very professionally done, and on time.  We absolutely love our new shower.  The only thing wrong now is ..... we seem to take longer showers.  Would have the same company do it again.  Duane was professional and we would give him an A++

The crew worked diligently to accommodate my 1910 Bungalow's idiosyncrasies.  Anytime you crack into an old nut like that open, you never know what you will run into.  The bathrooms weren't standard and the custom work they did looks crisp and clean.  The options provided and the choices I made for the main bathroom felt true to the age/design of the home.  I am impressed with the dedication and craftsmanship the crew maintained throughout the job.

Everything was done with a high level of skill and professionalism.
When road blocks to the initial plan were discovered they had solid solutions ready and they improved the overall outcome.
The crew are kind and respectful. Considerate of the homeowner and the experience was a breeze.

Product line gave us the choices we wanted and appear to be of high quality. All services were outstanding, from the initial meeting through planning and installation and ending with review and fine tuning. We are completely satisfied with Luxery Bath.

We are pleased with the end result and the installers worked hard with a few difficulties that had to be overcome with how the old plumbing was installed. The original price was changed due to a few few hidden surprises behind the wall which was not expected, the installer assured us we'd still be on schedule and had the plumber fix the issues. He made a few calls and within a few hours they worked it out stayed until almost 9:00pm but kept their word.

Duane was very professional in all aspect  from beginning to end. Any question that I had he was on top of it. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience.My next bathroom remodeling I will defiantly call him to do the job.

From beginning to end, the company in all respects were not only professional, but courteous, timely, and did a great job! They completed the job in 1 1/2 days!!! And did everything I wanted for the remodel. Also, they cleaned up after each day.

It went well. They kept me informed, everything was in writing and they completed the job on schedule. I had an issue with the trim and they returned a few days later to make it right. The installer was polite, cleaned up after himself and was on time. The design consultant helped me pick out colors and I'm sooo glad I listened to his advice. I really love my new extra deep tub and wall surround!
