Brian is great to work with. He's experienced, efficient, and explains his work. He works quickly and has always been on time. I've used him for several years and compared to some others that I've used, he's the best by far.

Didn't catch any rats but had us move the bird feeder which was attracting the rats. The rats moved on.
This guy is great. We've used him on and off over the years. Several times we've called him and he's told us what to do over the phone without a visit or a charge.

They are very nice. They seem to be pretty thorough with the work that they do. Their pricing is a little bit high but that is understandable because they are being ecologically friendly.

The job went great. I actually had it arranged so they came when I was out of town. He provided a 2-month warranty against his job. Everything was cleaned. There weren't any ants when I came back.

SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS DISCUSSING THE ISSUE, INSPECTING, TREATING AND OFFERING ADVICE ABOUT HOW TO PREVENT PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. HE FOUND THE PRIME NESTING AREA HE OFFERED NOT TO TREAT INSIDE THE WALLS AS ORIGINALLY PLANNED BECAUSE HE DIDN'T THINK THEY NEEDED IT. THAT GREATLY REDUCED THE PRICE AND HE AGREED TO COME BACK FOR THE WALLS LATER, IF NEEDED. HE WAITED 3-4 WEEKS TO FIND OUT HOW THE TREATMENT WORKED, AND THEN OUT SENT THE INVOICE ONLY AFTER FINDING OUT THE INITIAL TREATMENT WAS EFFECTIVE. IT WAS A RELIEF TO STOP THE CARPENTER ANTS WITH THE HELP OF SOMEONE THAT WAS SO HONEST, FRIENDLY AND FAIR.
