Great to see a father and son working together! They made this stressful situation so easy and carefree. No one would install a used garage door and there was a 2 inch height difference, but Babcock got it done for a great price in record time. No gap and functions perfectly. Used garage door was better than our old one and really changed the look of our house for the better. Best of all he did not mind coming from Vancouver. Not many professionals will make the drive especially without an extra charge. I would highly recommend this company! Very professional!

Aaron is a very respectful person. He gave a free estimate and when I gave the ok to do the work he was able to service my garage door then and there. He explained in terms that I understood. He even gave me a can of lubricant and explained how to use and the areas that I need to maintain. I’ve always preferred to use a small business than a big conglomerate. And his small business didn’t disappoint.

My garage door is fixed! I called Babcock Garage Doors yesterday and today when he looked at the door to tell me what it needs, he quickly called me back and simply said, "it's fixed." I appreciate the time he took, the efficiency of the time, and the price point was more than reasonable. If you need your doors serviced, replaced, etc....call them. You won't be disappointed.

They arrived on time, replaced 2 single doors, and installed a new double car door on a new garage.

Aaron Babcock was very helpful in explaining all the options and features available. He explained why some features, are not really worth the extra cost! He was very responsive to my 3 or 4 phone calls and was able to get all the products I wanted... and installed... in just 2 weeks. The installation took about 4+ hours and everything works perfectly... he even encoded both my car's automatic door openers for me! FYI, I checked with 5 other installer companies, including Costco, Lowes, and other services via Angie's List. Arron was not only less expensive, but he was also the most sincere and honest sales presentation as he did not over-sell me with features I did not need.
