AUTUMN ARBOR CARE

Our trees had not been touched for 5 years other than to pick fruit. Branches had broken and were hanging, suckers had grown into branches. Mike returned my call the same day and arrived promptly to do the estimate on the day we had arranged. On the day scheduled for work, Mike arrived with his son exactly on time (his son wore a helmet while the worked which told me something about Mike as a father). I had mentioned our septic lines asking him to take his truck around if possible, he remembered and made sure the truck was well away from the lines. Michael and his son worked almost nonstop for 4.5 hrs. completing the job within the time he had said it would take. I was amazed how quickly they managed the hugely overgrown trees. Mike and his son were very businesslike, and pleasant to deal with at the same time. As to the finished job, I must admit I was a bit shocked at the remaining bare the tree stubs, but this Spring they all leafed out beautifully and even have fruit! Mike is exceptional at his job and very reasonable considering the size of our job. I will definitely be requesting his services again!

He did a great job and we were was gone for 3 months and he did it while we were gone and he cleaned up everything and I would give him a A for excellence. Nothing but good things to say about him.

Mike met with us and we explained what we wanted. He got the job finished earlier than anticipated so we asked him to do the parkway in addition. He carefully removed the Hostas and renovated the bed adding compost and tilling it in. He then replaced the Hostas, dividing some of them, which made the bed look 1,000 percent better. We had used Michael before for pruning and were thrilled when we found out that he would do bed renovation. We love the way the planting bed looks and the parkway is now plantable after he renovated it and added compost. His original bid was for the planting bed alone so it did cost more than he originally told us, but the extra was well worth the money.

Mike showed up on the day and time he was supposed to in order to look at our needs and give us an estimate. He was quick in calling back with an estimate and he scheduled a day to do the work within one day of us accepting the estimate. Mike did the work without my husband or I even being home; we were at work. We left our dog in the garage and Mike put Rocky back into the yard when he was finished.

Great! He came out quickly for an estimate and did the work exactly when he promised. The trees look great and the price was amazing. Mike is very professional and highly recommended.

They were really great! They came out promptly, on time, which was important. Everything looks so much better than it did before! They were knowledgeable and helpful. The man that came out didn't mind me asking questions about the trees that he was not pruning for us. They had a reasonable price and seemed in line with what other companies were charging. We plan on having them back out in the spring to do some more work.

Michael Mills contacted me within 24 hrs. of the call to his office and we worked out a time the same day for an estimate of the job. The main tree in question had not been pruned in the last ten years and was in need for some serious pruning. We also discussed cabling of some of the main branches due to the age and spread of the tree. The work commenced as scheduled a few days later and was completed in a few hours. His entire crew, three altogether, was professional and tidy. While observing the job, my neighbor had his apple tree pruned and referred Michael to his parent's house for work on another day.

Mike Miller was punctual for the appointment to give us an estimate. Due to a rescheduling, he and his crew were able to do the actual work the next day. Crew arrived and set right to work. Crew had appropriate safety gear. The crowns were raised about 6 to 8 feet, which included a very large branch on one of the trees. We are very pleased with the results, and enjoy the extra daylight. All debris was cleaned up, and all needles raked up. The invoice was for precisely the estimate amount.

He came out to see what needed to be done, he was on time. Mailed a detailed quote sheet showing what he would do. Mike and his crew did a great job in one day!

I got a bid from another company and they were not certified arborists but Autumn's price was than better than theirs! (Autumn is certified arborists). Clean up was excellent. They were just excellent from start to finish. Also, I had some of the wood cut into lengths for my smoker and also my fireplace and they did exactly as I asked. They were courteous and respectful. I just can't say enough about them! Mike Mills, the owner, is an excellent person and so are his workers.

Mike came out and gave me a detailed written estimate within 2 hours of my initial phone call. He was very professional and gave me suggestions and explained how to correct some problems I was having with my dogwoods. The next day, he came out early for his scheduled appointment which was great. They did an excellent job, was very professional, cleaned up all of their work. I would definitely recommend Mike and would also hire him again.

GREAT job by Mike and his wife. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and great to work with. They completely cleaned up the job site when they were done, which I wasn't expecting. Their stump grinder got caught on an industrial chain that was buried in the ground and had to be taken off-site to be repaired. I was expecting to have to pay for this, but did not and was told it's all part of their business. They even ground out a smaller stump that had not been removed when I bought the house, free of charge. Overall wonderful experience and I will recommend to any/all in the future. THANK YOU!

After getting the estimate we had to re-schedule the work due to equipment failure. But when he got here, right on time, it couldn't have gone smoother. The job he performed was EXCELLENT!!!!! He even did a little extra work we needed right on the spot. Everything was completely taken care of in the most professional way. I highly recommend him!!! And the price was by far the best of all the estimates.

Mike was excellent! He responded to my e-mail promptly by calling me to set up an appointment to see my trees and provide me an estimate. He is obviously very knowledgeable and I appreciate the time he took during the estimate tour of my trees to explain how to improve their health and appearance, especially since I had been sure several would need to be removed. After providing me the estimate and our agreeing to his company performing the work, we agreed to a date a little more than a week away when the work would be performed. However, he called me several days later to ask if they could do it sooner since the weather was not conducive to other work they needed to do but was okay for the work on my trees. It was performed as agreed and at the price estimated. I cannot recommend Autumn Arbor's work highly enough!

Great. Mike showed up on time to give me his quote. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His son and another employee did the work and I couldn't be happier. They showed up on time, did a nice job and cleaned everything up. Nice job!

He was very nice and did the work very quickly. Did a couple of extra things without charging. He is technically proficient. He is an arborist, not just a tree trimmer.

They were very professional. He gave me advice about a tree but I did get a cheaper price.

Mike and his crew were very professional. I felt they were very easy to work with. Our tree is right next to the house, but they were able to bring down the top with no risk to it. Mike was on time and very polite. He wrote up a detailed bid and drew a diagram of my yard, labeling all the trees and shrubs. He and his crew were excellent in their work. They also cleaned up every bit of debris and hauled it away. I am planning on having them back in the fall and whenever needed. There price was very fair. My yard has opened up with light and space.
