They do the ornamental's up to 20 feet tall. They did an excellent job. They are more ornamental pruners and they will do hedges and stuff too. They don't have alot of the big ladders or lift trucks so they limit what they can do. They did a really good job and very professional. They pruned 4 or 5 of the japanese maples, a 15-18 foot maple, a bunch of rhodie's and they did a bunch of andina's in the front and gave us information on the care of them. It took 2 people about a day and half to do all the work. I was very pleased with the work they had done.

Michael and his wife did a fantastic job turning my over grown and quite unsightly arborvitaes in to well shaped and sized trees.  I could not be happier with the outcome.      They are down to earth people who are great to work with.    The service was excellent.   I no longer am ashamed to look at these trees and I am sure my neighbors appreciate the improvement.    I highly recommend Autumn Arbor Care.

As they have on previous occasions, provided very good service for a fair price. Very nice couple that do all the work themselves and have been in the business for a long time, wish I had encountered them years ago.

They arrived on time, worked all day as planned, brought the landscaping back into appropriate size and shape, and clean up really well.  They did a great job and are very pleasant to work with, also.

Upon discovering a limb that appeared to be breaking away from a cypress tree, I contacted local arborists for resolution to the situation.  Mike returned my call the same day and upon discussing my concerns he came at his earliest convenience to assess the damage.  He was very thorough in explaining the situation and advising as to his recommendations to ensure the future health of the tree.  Fortunately, he had another job in the area the next day and agreed to come by and at least cut off the limb that was leaning toward the street.



Mike and Julie came the next day and time allowed them to do all the work, as proposed.  I appreciated Julie taking the time to educate me on the trimming of my Japanese maples.  I was concerned about how the cypress tree would look with a major limb being removed; but, Mike did such a great job of shaping the overall tree that most people do not realize a big limb has been removed.  Great job, Mike! 



One of my neighbors stopped by to see if she could schedule time with Mike, for him to look at her cypress tree; which had two leaders.  Mike took the time to address her concern and was willing to remove the one leader right then, as a courtesy to her.  Not only was she delighted; but I was so very pleased that he took the time to perform this nice deed.  We shall both remember this kind gesture, should other gardening friends ask for recommendations on arborists.



The cleanup by Mike and Julie was very professional and there was no evidence of all the chipping that was done. I look forward to doing future business with Autumn Arbor Care.

Mike was courteous and prompt both on the day he came to provide a free estimate and on the day of the service.  During the estimate process Mike provided helpful advice about the trees, their expected lifespans and potential pitfalls of the tree varieties.  All work was done in one afternoon by Mike and his wife, and we were kept well-informed throughout the process.  The result was healthier, better-looking trees for a reasonable price.  The cleanup was immaculate.  I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Had 3 estimates.  Their cost was middle of the 3.  In conversation, they seemed to know what each tree needed, and what the city required for trees bordering the sidewalk.  They arrived on time, and did an excellent job.  Clean up was excellent.  I would use them again.  

Michael came out for a complimentary  consultation and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual.  His prices are VERY reasonable for the services provided. He removed all dead debris and also blew away any leaves that had fallen during the tree service. His charge was exactly as given at his consultation.  I am definitely going to use Autumn Arbor next season to prune the remaining areas of my yard. I enjoy using family run business to support our local businesses.  Definitely a A+.

We (and our neighbors) are very satisfied.  This was our first experience with Autumn Arbor Care, and we are hoping to have them back again next year.  Words that come to mind include:  punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, careful, and flexible.

It went fine. They are certified arborists and understand the way the tree grows. They did really help the tree. However, we may still need to have it removed because the tree is too large for the space we have. They did extend the time that we could have the tree though.

I think it was the owner and his wife that did the work for us.  They were terrific to work with, and overall the job was beautiful, considering the massive amount of work that was done.
The first day they trimmed all of the inside branches, and topped the trees to around 14'. They were very clean, removed the branches, shredded and carried off all of their cuttings. They were able to do some of the backsides (which involved going into neighbor's yards).  They 2nd day, they finished out the work, and put back all of my yard stuff to where it was before they started.
Most of the topping work was done via harness while hanging from the trees themselves. The 10 - 15' top was lowered to the ground via pully rigging, not dropped. My shed and surrounding yard looked fine, even with all the traffic.
My new "hedge" will take a little time to fill in - but considering what they had to work with, it looks MUCH better than I originally envisioned. They were very thoughtful on what was trimmed, and how it was done.
The only thing I would have liked a little better would have been a final walk through with them, we could have caught the very few (I only saw 3 or 4) branches that were missed on the backside and top, but that was hard since it involved coming through other yards, and was only assessible via long poles and ladders. 
I also applaud them for toiling in pouring rain - but they also told us that this is the RIGHT time to do this, for the hedge to fill in. So we were very happy with the results.

.This company is very timely and they are very knowledgeable about trees, they knew all about the treees in my year. They are very professional and very courteous with wonderful customer support.

Mr Mills came as scheduled and completed the work during the course of one day. He was very diligent and thorough. The job
was completed beyond my expectations. If I had to add  criticism I really wouldn't know what to say. It was a terrific piece of work!
He also gave some advice on work I might consider doing in the front yard that involved moving one small tree. It was an excellent
suggestion and I intend to follow through. He also recommended a company to do the work...

The large maple tree in my back yard and grown out of control and needed a lot of pruning. The workers came promptly when they said they would and worked throughout the day.  The tree looks much improved after all the sucker branches and overly long branches were removed. It will no longer be shading my roof  too much and causing moss to grow, They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking neat and clean.

Mike has worked for us several times and always does a good job.  He is punctual, reliable, fair, easy to communicate with, and always does good quality professional work. We trust him with our trees and yard!
