AUTUMN ARBOR CARE

This Arbor care service does a great job. I have used them several times. As a senior on a limited budget the owner works within our price range. Mike has provided his service for many of our neighbors who are also Seniors. As we get older we find yard work a little bit harder to do but so enjoy having a nice yard. Mike helped us helps us to have this.We are facing a big expense taking down some trees. His bid is very reasonable. His crew is professional and very caring. I had two badly diseased trees in my front yard which needed to be replaced. Michael was wonderful in recommending replacements. I chose what I wanted and he picked out two beautiful specimens at a local nursery. He removed the diseased trees and had the stumps ground, then did a great job of planting my new trees. He also pruned a large coral bark maple and a dwarf hinoki cyprus in the front yard. I am extremely happy with everything he did. He was very professional, prompt and polite, and always left my yard spotless after he was finished with his work. His prices were very competitive. I will most definitely use Autumn Arbor Care again.

They showed up on time. They were professional and did a great job.

We called several of the top rated arborists on Angie's List and received a variety of estimates with a variety of possible solutions. It quickly became apparent that Mike really knows what he is doing. (We felt this theory was validated when we later learned that Mike qualified to become the judge of arborist competitions. His son, who also worked on our tree, is an arborist competitor.) Mike was incredibly pleasant and courteous. He was very patient with my questions regarding the estimate and my request for numerous references (whereas another top rated Angie's List Arborist became very impatient with my questions and proceeded to hang the phone when I questioned his proposal). Mike did not suggest that the tree would require a cable system for reinforcement, while the other arborist quoted twice the price of Autumn Arbor and insisted that the cable system would be necessary. That said, we very much appreciated the fact that Mike did not try taking advantage of our lack of knowledge, nor did he try to convince us that without the cable system, our house would be in danger given the close proximity of the tree We would hire Autum Arbor again without question.

This is a very professional company and they care about there performance. They arrived on time and the job took a couple hours to complete. The tree looks better then ever and the crew did a thorough clean up of debris. I would call them back when we need more tree prunning.

Totally recommend Autumn Tree care I had them remove 60' tulip tree, trim 1/2 dozen trees over hanging onto my property, trim and top over 100 arborvitae. Crew cleaned up entire yard and left it better than when they started. Mikes tree stump remover that he used was also very professional, fast and on time.

Owner was punctual and followed through as agreed. He is a certified arborist, so I benefited from his expertise about the order in which I should have several dangerous trees removed, given their condition and growing pattern and the direction of the strongest winds in this area. The crew, including the owner, spent most of a day taking down the branches and cutting them into 16-inch chunks, as I had requested to have them for next year's firewood. His was the middle bid for this job, and given the complexity and potential danger to my house that the job posed, I felt reassured by his professionalism and knowledge, so I hired him. As it turned out, I was charged less than the bid. The entire experience was positive.

Wow!!! These guys were amazing! I cannot believe that we got so lucky and found them. I found their reviews on Angie's List and saw that they had glowing reviews and thought that we would give them a try. I contacted Mike and we set up a date for him to come on out and survey our trees and provide an estimate. Mike couldn't have been more friendly or approachable. He was full of knowledge and took the time to explain what needed to be done to keep our trees healthy. My wife and I have relatively little knowledge of trees and tree care so the information that he provided was awesome. One thing was obvious....This guy Knows trees. Mike took some more time to survey the trees and property and sent me an estimate in the mail that included a schematic drawing of the tree locations, the recommended work to be completed and an itemized price. I gave Mike a call and we set up a date for him and his team to come over and complete the work. One of the coolest things that we learned on the work day is that this is a family business. The team included Mike, his wife, and son. What a great family. When they arrived Mike reviewed the work to be completed with me and then started the job. They were very mindful of our neighbors and the business next door. They continually removed the cuttings and chipped them up into a work truck. My wife and I were pleasantly aware that the clean up was exceptional. During the day my wife asked Mike's son if he could save some of the trunk wood from the removed Maple tree for future reuse as furniture. He was so gracious and took the time to trim them to my wife's liking. Mike's wife took the time to ask us about the specifics of whether we wanted more trimming done to the plum tree. Near the end of the day we asked them about how we could trim a weaping cedar that is pretty overgrown. They gave us some great advice and offered to remove a large branch for us. Overall, if you need arbor services, Autumn Arbor Care is AMAZING. We will surely have them back for future work!!

My experience with Autumn Arbor Care was excellent!

You cannot go wrong with Mike. He has trimmed cherry trees and maples, and removed two trees for us over the years. Knowledgeable and hardworking. All at a fair price. Have referred him to two friends and both were all pleased.

From the very start, it was a pleasure doing business with Autumn Arbor Care. Mike, the owner, promptly called me back after I left an initial message inquiring about service. He came out within a couple days to walk through the yard, discussing my concerns and his observations with the various trees in my yard. He took time to answer my questions and make recommendations. He provided an estimate at that time and was scheduled later that week to do the work. He and his wife, along with another person trimmed and cleaned up three sweet gum trees and also pruned and shaped two ornamental maples. He also fertilized around a couple other trees and provided clear advisement on things I should be considering with all the trees. Mike and the team did a great job with the trees and left the ground below in impeccable shape. I appreciate their being so careful not to disturb any plants below the trees and clean up so well you wouldn't have known anything happened if you only looked at the ground below the trees. I would not hesitate to call Autumn Arbor Care again or recommend them to family and friends.

The work went great and professional. By the time he was done, I couldn?t even notice that he had been there. The price was fair.

They were punctual and gave me a bid before starting the job. Their follow ups were great and kept in constant touch with me. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I contacted Autumn Arbor Care based on Angie's list grades. Mike, the owner called back and made an appointment to see the trees and make an estimate. He looked over the situation, gave us some valuable advice and an estimate for the work we needed. He then made an appointment to do the work. Their team arrived when they said they would. They did the work as promised. The charge was what was estimated. And, to top it off, they were very nice and enjoyable to work with. I don't see how anyone could go wrong working with Autumn Arbor Care.

Excellent. He and his crew are very polite, courteous and hard working. They were not in the way despite the amount of work that they were doing.

They did a great job, gave me a great price, and were very informative. They proivided excellent advice about followup care.

Contacted Mike in mid March to give us an estimate for removing a medium sized dogwood tree that was starting to destroy an exterior fence in our back yard by lifting it off the ground. He gave us a quote for the complete removal of that tree as well as 4 other smaller cherry trees. Although he wasn't quite the lowest bidder, we selected him because of his attitude, knowledge and his determination to "fix" our problem. He and his crew did a great job of doing exactly what he said he was going to do. We're extremely happy with the work that was performed and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone requiring tree removal services.

Their work was very fine. They worked very hard and did a lot of work. We've used them before but their price went up substantially this time. We would not use them again mainly because of that. He was quite a bit more than we had paid the first time for less work. The weather was dreary and it was kind of a rough day for them to be working. We were not as satisfied with them this time as the last time we used them. They were professional and responsive. We were really disappointed with the price.

Wonderful from start to finish. They called me back promptly, made an appointment, arrived on time & gave me a great price (only $290 for all of that!). They did the work very soon after the quote and cleaned up after themselves very well. All three workers were professional, efficient and had skill - you could tell they knew what they were doing. I also liked that they appeared focused on safety and wore safety glasses and the like. I will definitely work with them again!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the job this family owned business did. Several neighbors commented on what a good job they were doing and two of those neighbors ended up hiring Autumn Arbor Care to do work for them. We also called them back to prune several fruit trees. We felt the prices were very reasonable and they left the place completely cleaned up and looking better than when they arrived. We highly recommend them...

The owner came on a Sunday to give us an estimate, and the next day, he and another person came promptly and removed a fallen pine tree from our yard. They were very professional and friendly. They did the job in a very short time -- removed the tree and no messes afterward. Thank you, Angie's List, for a great recommendation. We would use this company again.

Great and polite and professional all the way!

This group is very professional. Climbed my trees and took out dead limbs, cut down a cedar tree that needed to be removed. Found a dead limb on another tree that would have been dangerous to leave for the winter and chipped up all the limbs and left all the chips as I requested for my use. They cleaned up the yard and left is all spotless. They cut up the large limbs for me to use in my stove and even piled up some of them very neatly. I will have them back next spring to thin out some of my other trees and take down another pine three that is not doing well. Excellent experience.

I have been using Mike's services for many years. He had always done a great job. Easy to work with and his prices are always fair. I trust him with all of my landscaping work.
