Description of Work: They pruned several vine maples, red-leaf maple, bamboo bushes and a Japanese maple. They cleaned and carried away all debris. We are very satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: MIKE CALLED ME BACK MONDAY MORNING, LEFT A MESSAGE SINCE I COULDN'T ANSWER. |HE LET ME KNOW THAT HE NO LONGER WORKED ON TREES AS TALL AS MY WALNUT TREE, BUT GIVE HIM A CALL BACK ANYWAY. WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK WE CONFIRMED MY TREE WAS TOO TALL AND HE COULDN'T DO THE WORK; HOWEVER, HE DID GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ABOUT ANY OTHER ARBORIST I CHOSE: ASK THEM IF THEY ARE 'CERTIFIED' AND ASK IF THEY INTEND TO USE 'SPURS' - "A CERTIFIED ARBORIST WILL KNOW NOT TO USE SPURS ON A WALNUT TREE" HE TOLD ME. MIKE WAS VERY EASY TO TALK WITH AND SAID I COULD CALL HIM BACK ANY TIME TO ASK QUESTIONS.

Description of Work: I may be off a bit on that price. Mike snd Julie worked magic. Mike was way up taking out limbs from the ponderosa. Trimmed everything else. Planted yews. Cleaned everything so it just was great. I have used Julie and Mike before and will use only them again. I trust them with my trees and really everything in my yard. They are great.

Description of Work: I've used Autumn Arbor in the past with wonderful results. Mike was the first person I called when I noticed a crack in our 40 Ft Norway Maple. He came out when he said and gave me his professional opinion. He was not able to do the job as he told me he no longer does the "really big ones". He recommended Arborscape , and they did a Great job. I would definitely call Mike again.

Description of Work: A cedar tree in my front yard had grownb too high and wide, blocking access to back yard and endangering utility lines beneath its roots. I called Autumn Arbor Care for an estimate on removing it and installing a new tree as required by homeowner CC&R's. Michaels Mills, owner of the company, arrived the next day to give me what I considered a very reasonable estimate sto remove the cedar three and plant a smaller tree, and also do extensive trimming of a large birch tree in the yard. We executed a contract and he and his crew did the removal, trimming and clean-up in one day the following week. He arranged for locating the utility lines and for stump removal. His only misstep was to be working late on another job and forgetting that he was scheduled to plant my new tree that same evening. But he rescheduled and apologetically completed the planting the very next day. The project, including clean-up, was done very professionally.

Description of Work: I would recommend this company. I marked B for price because I really do not know what is a good price for cutting down trees. I liked the people, they were honest and hardworking and they did a great clean up job. They cut a Sweet Gum tree down and pruned a Leyland cypruss.

Description of Work: Mike was highly recommended by two friends of ours. I called him after the big snow and wind storms and left a message. It was a few days before he called us and we made an appointment for him to come to the house and look at the damage to the trees. We had one small tree to be taken down and a huge locust that needed to come down, along with some pruning and damage pruning to other trees. He indicated he would send us an estimate. After two weeks we called and left a message as we had received nothing. A few days later I left another message indicating that we had not heard from him; if he was too busy to please let us know and maybe he could recommend someone else. He called, said he wouldn't do the work, did not give a reason, and gave a name of someone else in the Vancouver area. I felt this was very unprofessional of him to hand off the work in this way with no excuse, etc.

Description of Work: We have a big yard with lots of ornamentals, huge hedges, and multiple trees, all of them very mature, and all requiring regular maintenance. Mike and his crew always do really good work. They show up on time, clean up after themselves, and leave everything spotless. A few years ago when we had that hellacious ice storm, we lost two trees. We called Autumn Arbor Care, and as soon as the roads were safe to travel they we right out here to see if the trees could somehow be saved, unfortunately not. Mike removed them. We have total and complete confidence in Mike and his crew. We've used them for nearly 10 years now. Not once, ever, have we been disappointed in the quality of work and professionalism.

Description of Work: They are scheduled to take down four trees for us this Friday, Feb. 1, 2008. So far all dealings with them have been great! Will add more once the job has been completed.

Description of Work: Mike arrived on the scheduled day and did the work we had reviewed several weeks before. He and his crew trimmed four large trees, two medium sized trees, numerous shrubs and a number of arborvitae. This is the second time Mike has trimmed my trees and shrubs and just like the first time, I could not be happier. He does a great job and cleans up more debris than he creates! I had raked my yard a few days earlier but because of the weather, many more leaves had fallen and they cleaned up everything! I had also asked Mike to plant a tree to replace one we had agreed should be removed last spring due its health. Mike suggested a number of options of native trees and bought and brought the selected one with him and planted it. It seems like an excellent choice that fits all of my parameters-and he made it so very convenient for me! In addition, Mike's prices are very reasonable. I could not give Autumn Arbor a higher recommendation!
