They do their work as quick as possible to get you in and out, not caring about the quality of the job or the customer. I took my 2012 Ford Focus here to get my ignition interlock taken out by Matt. He left the sleeve for the wiring in my engine bay and ever since my horn / alarm hasn't worked. I have a 3 year old daughter that I transport daily, having a horn is a vital safety feature. I wasted my time taking the car back to them multiple times to "figure" it out, only for them to deny fault. Telling me there is a issue with my horn itself. I've had a lot of cars, and can't say I've ever owned one with a horn that didn't work properly. The interlock is tied into the horn. It's not rocket science figuring out who's at fault here, at least to me. Yet, they tried hard to convince me it's a coincidence that it went out at the same time they performed the work. I'll be taking it to the Ford dealership. Ive owned the car for a couple years and never once had a problem with my horn or alarm prior to taking it here. Would not recommend, just go to Car Toys. It may cost you a few extra bucks, but at least you'll have peace and mind knowing they are doing quality work!

The first step was to get a consultation as to the best cd head unit and speakers that would fit my vehicle.  The knowledgeable sales person after determining the size of the openings required for the placement of speakers/CD player came up with reasonable priced recommended products and gave detailed information on the specifications of the cd player and speakers.  The installation was timely scheduled and successfully completed on time.  Then in picking up my vehicle the sales person explained the features of the CD player and demonstrated how the system sounded -- which was fine!

Our CRV is probably the noisiest car we have ever driven next to my Honda Fit.  We did not enjoy spending time in it on longer trips, it was annoying and somewhat exhausting.  We really started to miss our much older Toyota Camry.  Not only was the road noise severe there was a cabin pressure issue that made your head feel like it was expanding, as if a window was open throwing the air pressure off.  The Dynamat company suggested we try new tires first which we did and if your factory tires are producing a lot of road noise this does help.   We put on new Michelin luxury SUV radials.  This helped some and gave it a much better ride over the factory tires but the noise level was still very bad.  Audio Source had previously quoted us a price but we wanted to try the tires first.  Once we decided to go with them they honored the previous quote with no questions asked, had the fellow who was going to do the work test ride it with us, with him in the backseat, to have him hear what we were hearing.  He too felt the odd air pressure issue.  They scheduled the work, sent us pictures of the work while it was being performed, and finished on time.  They then test drove it again with the same guy riding in the back before they had us pick it up.  The car looked great.  We had dynamat extreme in all parts of the car except the hood and roof of the car.  This included the doors.  Then they installed Dynapad on top of the mat throughout the cabin floor.  You really need this step.  This process does not turn a CRV into a Mercedes so it probably is still not as quiet as we would like, but the cabin pressure issue is gone, this is a huge relief, and on a good road the sound level is quite good now and acceptable on bad roads .  We can now hear the engine change gears which we couldn't before.  You sort of change some kinds of noise for other noises, as we can hear wind noises more easily for example, but all in all we are very satisfied with how this worked out.  We recently took the car to Seattle which has some nortoriously poor portions of highway on the way up and neither of us was focused on the cabin noise level.  I was riding with an ear plug in one ear because of the pressure issue before we did this.  This is an expensive way to go, but we liked the car otherwise and wanted to keep it and just could not tolerate the noise level.  We ended up feeling very glad we did this.

The new unit with the existing speakers sounds so much better than the original! I'm very pleased.
They estimated that installation would take an hour but it took less time than that.
They were great to deal with. They had been recommended by a friend.

Audio Source is very competent and knowledgable about all of their products and services. I also had my car stereo installed there and the job was done in a punctual and professional manner. They are usually pretty busy though, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait, and you usually can't do walk-in stereo installs or things like that, but rather get booked a few days in advance. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about Audio Source, the one thing that bugged me though, was that when they were done, they put my car in park, but didn't set the emergency brake. Not a big deal or anything, just a minor pet peeve. All in all though, it's a great store.

Professional with scheduling and keeping appt. There was poor communication within their system as to the price that had been quoted to me for the product AND installation. At time of pick-up there was a delay when trying to reach the person who quoted price. Unable to reach him then worked their system to try to come close to quoted price. Had to follow up for a visit when sound not working. This was resolved and no charges attempted. Would use them again but would be clear on all charges in advance.

WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES MANY TIMES BEFORE AND HAVE SENT MANY PEOPLE THEIR WAY WHO WANT QUALITY WORKMANSHIP DONE. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND HARD WORKERS. MY CAR LOOKED GREAT AFTER THEY WERE DONE WITH IT!

WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY TOLD US WE WERE MISSING PARTS. THEY WERE GOING TO SUPPLY THE PARTS WE WERE MISSING EXCEPT THE CD PLAYER SKIPPED SO THEY COULDN'T WARRANTY IT, SO MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO BUY A NEW STEREO AND HAVE THEM PUT IT IN, THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.
