Craig and his assistant, John, did a wonderful job. The new flooring in the dining room blends in perfectly with the existing flooring, and the finish is beautiful. The floors feel like you're walking on silk. Craig was great about communication before, during and after the project, answering all my emails, text messages and phone calls promptly. I would definitely use this company again.

Crew was prompt, courteous and professional. The floors look beautiful, especially the kitchen floor which they completely refinished. It just glows! They were able to keep the dust down to a minimum.
One thing that everyone that is thinking about wood floor refinishing should know is that the chemicals used really stink. They can make your eyes sting and your nose burn. The final appearance is worth it, though.
Bottom line, I would use these guys again and recomend them to anyone.

He came out and buffed the floor and resealed it. There was a tiny little area in the corner we wanted to fix. He didn't like the way the little corner had came out so he refinished the whole entire floor again for no additional cost. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He came out to my house at least 4 times. he helped me move my furniture back in place after sealed the dried.

Being that we used a water based stain, we did not have to move out of the house, which saved us a hotel bill. The attention to detail throughout the process was amazing. He used a "dustless" system, which left minimal dust behind; in fact, the need to tape cabinet doors shut wasn't necessary. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience of working with Craig at Au Natural. They, of course, we not the "cheapest" but in this business, as in most, you get what you pay for and we definitely did. I would recommend them to anyone looking to either screen and recoat a wood floor, install new wood flooring or sand down an existing wood floor, re-stain and recoat as we did.

They showed up on time and provided a beautiful flooring. You almost would not know there was anything on the wood except for the satin sheen finish. Their price was 25% of the first contractor's cost and in half the time. The first contractor left dust through out the house and varnish on furniture, decking and other areas. You would not have known that Au Natural Hardwood Floors was even here after they left. They cleaned up after them selves used sanding equipment that did not allow dust to escape the machine and left a beautiful floor. We highly recommend you consider Au Natural Hardwood Floors inc for your hardwood flooring needs and we definitely would use them again.
