After receiving our work order request, Travis came immediately to see the job that needed doing. He made suggestions. We told him what we wanted. He measured the windows (3 of them) and he got back to us within a couple of days and showed us brochures. We chose what we wanted. He ordered them. It was a little bit more than two weeks for the windows to be made. As soon as they were available, he installed them very nicely mostly in one day, with just minor details on the following day. Travis is very friendly and pleasant, and he is very easy to do business with! Best of all, he is fair, honest, and very reasonably priced! We are very happy and pleased with Travis and especially our new windows!!
