When we finally found the perfect house, Elaine helped with the negotiations, explained all the legalese of the documents and gave us the emotional support to get through a difficult process. When we needed an inspector, she found one who was equally picky, just like us. She also  had a long list of good, reasonable handymen for repairs.
In terms of personality, Elaine is calm but firm when she needs to be, patient and so easy to like.
I would definitely hire Elaine again.

Elaine was always very prompt, professional, and thorough, following up on every point no matter how minor. She was always very easy to get a hold of by phone (unlike our loan officer who was not easy to get a hold of). When we asked a question she didn't know the answer to, which wasn't often, she would research it and get back to us within the same day. It was a pleasure to do business with her and I would use her services again without hesitation.

Our transactions with Elaine have always gone smoothly. Living out of state we would call Elaine and arrange a few days when we could look at property. She would provide us with information to pre-screen and would have all the viewings scheduled by the time our plane landed. She is organized and thorough. You can count on Elaine to do what she says she will do. She has great experience in the area market. Best of all, Elaine is a wonderful person to work with. She has a great sense of humor and is a genuinely nice person. We closed on our latest transaction remotely (out of state). Elaine made herself available by phone to answer any questions and resolve any issues that might arise during the closing. Everything went well thanks to Elaine's hard work!

When I initially bought my home, Elaine seemed to know exactly what I wanted, and emailed and called with each new listing that came on the market fitting that criteria. She graciously did showings for me on holidays, at night, and through an ice event. When an offer was made, she arranged a telephone conversation (through the selling agent) with the property owner to make my position more competitive with the offer of a second party. She then was able to make sure the transaction closed within the two week timeline we had promised the seller. Her many years of experience have been invaluable to me in the continuing service she provides. Through association with Elaine, I have come to especially appreciate her same kind attention to all her clientele, regardless of the price range they are in. Beyond the knowledge and service, Elaine's upbeat Irish accent makes the whole real estate experience just a little nicer!
