Justin was very polite and had excellent communication. First talked to him about our issue in the AM, by that evening he called to state he would be by the next morning. He was prompt, curtious and very efficient on getting the problem fixed. About an hour later all fixed. Thank you very much Justin, I highly recommend you and will use your services again, but hopefully we don't have more water problems. Although, when we remodel the bathroom, we will keep you on the top of our list.

Showed up ON TIME! the first day. CALLED to say he would be late the second day, then showed up at the time he said he would! Was very careful to keep things neat and clean, Did what he said he would for the price agreed upon. Plumbing work is expensive, but his bid was in line with other bids.

Tristan and the guys at Aqua Star did a great job. In fact, I called them back a second time when something else in this OLD HOUSE broke down. He scheduled a same day appt. was on time, did the job professionally, didn't charge me an arm or leg and was curtious and neat (really you didn't need to cover your shoes every time you went in and out of the house). You guys Rock!

I got several estimates from different plumbers and liked Justin the best. He showed up on time and I was so happy with his work. He is coming back in a few weeks to install my kitchen sink and hook up dishwasher. I have definitely found my new plumber. We are planning to put in a master bathroom within the next year and will definitely be calling him again .
