Incredible service. Was able to get things cleaned that I thought were impossible after several attempts and several companies. They were able to make the carpet smell fresh and literally come alive again with color vibrancy and "plushness"
Btw I have 3 boys (and all that means with sports and mud!) 2 dogs and an elderly cat so to say they rocked it means something!

I appreciated his honesty regarding the pet stains and limitations of a wool carpet. He did not try to upsell anything, thankfully.
Aqua Care was very prompt and  professional, and he shared with us ways to deal with pet stains/odors in the future.

They did a great job.  We will be calling them again.

They are always very professional.  They get out spots that normally I wouldn’t think could be gotten out.  They use an all organic based steam clean.  It is very good and safe for pets and children.  He is always very nice and great to work with.  If I ask for a couple of stairs, he is very accommodating with extra request. I find his cost very reasonable.

We haven’t had any problems.

They were good.  We didn’t have any complaints.  We bought our own carpet cleaner so they haven’t been back in a while.

They cleaned the carpet at my business for years. Today, they are coming to do a Christmas cleaning at my house. They always do a fabulous job!

It went really well.  One guy handled the whole project.  He gave me a good warning about where it might be slippery, what to avoid and when I could walk on it.  He let me know where there were stains he was able to do and where it was more of an issue of wear and it wouldn't come up.  I knew what I was getting, he performed as promised and it didn't take very long.  he gave me an indication of when i could bring the furniture back and as expected the carpet was quite dry.  The equipment did a good job of sucking out the water because it was close to dry even at the point when he left.  We were given instructions of what furniture to move - tables, lamps, etc. stuff that was manageable.  He said the big stuff he could move himself, I was doubtful but he did move it.  I was very pleased.  Whenever you let someone in your home it's important that it's someone who was trustworthy, had a good attitude and nice to be around and he certainly was that.

I have a Great Dane, so I needed to get some cleaning done. Overall, my experience with them was good. I thought they were great. They were very knowledgeable and did a good job. They took care of getting out the stains that I wanted. They were early and very thorough, and the quality of their work was very good. I think their prices were comparable; it would be nice to pay less, but I am not sure if that is fair. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

It was natural.  It was dry almost right away.  It wasn't really wet, when they left.  They were nice people.  The gentleman who came out was very nice and accommodating. 

The service went great!   Matt showed up on time and after explaining our situation, he said he would concentrate on the trouble spots and thought it would come out all right.  And it did.  The carpet looks new again.   Matt is a very personable sort and fun to talk to, but he is also very diligent about his cleaning duties.  I have used his services in the past and will positively be using them in the future.
He also through in one of the bedrooms for no charge because of its small size!

We would use them again.

I chose AquaCare because they advertise on a local progressive radio station, and they had a good rating on AngiesList.  The cleaning was originally scheduled for Monday morning at 7:30am, but we had a slight emergency at home, and we called them at 7am to ask that we re-schedule to Thursday. They did so without batting an eye.  The technician showed up at the crack of 7:30am, quickly assessed the job, write up a quote that was identical with what I had estimated, and got right to work as I left the house for work.  Despite two inquisitive cats wanting to go outside and following him around the house, he did a great job. The carpets still look freshly cleaned, and I am delighted with how the stairs and hallway look, especially. He left no mess behind, locked up the house on his way out, and left us with clean carpets. Perfect! 

As always, Mac was great, he did an excellent job and is always competitively priced.

I called Aqua Care to make an appointment and was given a time for the following week. I was able to give square footage information over the phone so was given the cost at that time. When Aqua Care arrived promptly at 8am., on the appointed day, we had decided to have another room added to the job and there was no problem with adjusting his schedule to accomodate the request. We were not home while the work was being done but came home a couple of hours later to find everything looking very nice and clean and the house locked up as requested.

Matt arrived at the scheduled time (which is no easy task as we live in Sherwood & he is based in Vancouver), he looked and assessed what I wanted cleaned and proceeded. He was very professional, let his cell phone ring and did not answer it until he completed the job. (Which doesn't happen with other workers I have.) I definitely will have him again.

They were very thorough. It turned out very well. They were on time. He seemed sympathetic to my situation, and helped with spot cleaning very well.

We had an excellent experience with them. We have used him several times before as well. The person who came did a great job and he was a good person. I am his very satisfied customer.

I called to schedule carpet cleaning as soon as possible and was given an appointment for the next afternoon. Matt arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He inspected the two rooms to be cleaned and cautioned that one dark stain might not come out completely. He quickly, but carefully, set up his equipment and got to work. An hour and a half later the work was completed and all the stains were gone, including the one that Matt had warned might be a bit stubborn. He said he had to work a bit at that one. The entire job cost $119.95 which I considered to be a very fair price for two large rooms plus a bathroom and large walk-in closet. The carpet looks nearly brand-new. I could not be happier with the entire carpet cleaning experience. I will definitely use Aqua Care again in the future!

Wow! I really thought I was going to have to get new carpet. The previous owners had a dog and didn't do a really thorough job of carpet cleaning before they left. The carpets were vacuumed but had a general "dirty" look to them. Aqua Care made everything look brand new and actually saved me a lot of money because I don't have to buy new carpet now. Well worth the cost. I will be calling them again.
