Hubert saved me from buying a new dishwasher. He is the most kind and experienced! He welded a hole that punctured in the back of my dishwasher

Hubert knows his stuff. This is the fourth time we've had an issue with the ice maker. It is a known issue with this Frigidaire model, bad enough that for the first time I keep renewing an extended service agreement. Basically Hubert had to redo the incomplete work of two other repair companies that were sent out previously. Time will tell if Hubert's repair will work, but if not I fault the poor design of Frigidaire then Hubert. I would definitely have no hesitation in calling Hubert back and intend to use him for all our other appliances also.

Hubert is exceptional! His repair work is top notch & his prices are more than fair. Not only does he know appliances but he repaired a part rather than replace when he could which saved us money & the time it would have taken to get a new part. He also freely gave tips on maintaining appliances, even ones he was not working on. I just recommended him to a friend yesterday and would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance service (on or off warranty).

Repairman quickly identified and resolved the problem, total cost less than $100. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Great. It was over the holidays and they worked me in to have the hood working before Christmas dinner.

It was a Bosch dishwasher that could have cost a lot of money to be repaired or probably had to be replaced but they told us there was a recall on it and they knew about it, so they got it fixed for free. The workman was very good. Everything was really top drawer.

Hubert friendly, professional, fast. Unfortunately the cost to repair approximates the cost to replace the washer. Would use this business again.

Hubert came back with the parts and realized the braided stainless line would not clear in the back. He had researched no brass fitting existed which could accomidate the clearance so Hubert fabricated a custom brass fitting, on site,(dremmel tool and soldering) which worked. He stuck with the job using all sorts of creative work-arounds. I mentioned the time he was taking might be cost prohibative but he said it was about doing the job correctly and the satisfaction of resolving the issue. Huber was here for almost 3 hours. This guy takes great pride in his work and is fair and honest. He takes no short cuts (i.e., at the end of the job he did not like the construction of the installed shut off valve so he disconnected it a silver soldered before leaving, just to make sure). So now after 11 years with this refrigeration I how have lots of ice thanks to Appliance Care and Hubert.

The guys from this company were great. It was under warranty, so we did not pay anything. They were absolutely great and the responsiveness was also great. The young guy that came out and did the work appeared to very knowledgeable, very communicative about what the problem was and explained everything to us. We liked him well. They quality of the work was fine.

From beginning to end, my experience with everyone at Appliance care was fantastic. They offered to schedule my appointment within a day of my call and at a time that was convenient for me (a two-hour window between 4 and 6pm). The day of the appointment I called to ask if they could give me a closer estimated arrival time than the two-hour window. The lady in the office checked with the repairman and called me right back to say he'd be there about 5pm. True to their word, Hubert arrived right on time. He found the problem immediately - the circuit board was not properly soldered. He removed the board, resoldered all connections, tested the machine and had it up and running in less than a half and hour. According to Hubert, a new circuit board would have cost over $200, so I'm very happy that he was able to save us some money. Overall, they provided excellent service all around and I am saving their number for future reference!

Hubert was very professional, personable and efficient. I will use them again if the need arises. He was prepared when he arrived which was 20 minutes into the agreed upon 2 hour window of time.

It took two trips to get it right, but they didn't charge us more for the extra trip. The technician was very personable and was a pleasure to hire them. I always felt that they really wanted to help us solve the problem and try to charge us an arm and a leg. I will call them for other repairs in the future.
