Do get an estimate first. Last year they charged us $225 for the same work. This year $375. Ouch-price gouging. They rudely told me that the price of fuel caused this huge increase!! A few weeks after the work was done, the down spout backed-up badly and overflowed the gutters. Alpine said they don't clear downspouts. BUT, they never reported to us that it was clogged and that they didn't clear it.

I have used them before. Actually, they send me quarterly reminders, so if I want that option I can. They are clean, tidy, and they do not leave a mess at all. They guarantee their work. If we find any spots or streaks, we can call and they will come right back out to take care of it. We have never had a problem with their work that we've had to call them back.

WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND WHEN MIKE COULD NOT MAKE IT - HE CALLED TO LET US KNOW, RATHER THAN LEAVING US TO GUESS. WE MISSED CONNECTIONS THE NEXT DAY SO HE CALLED AND GAVE US A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND WE SCHEDULED THE WORK. THE CREW WAS ON TIME, PREPARED, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A SUPER JOB AND TOTALLY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. GREAT WORK.

WE WERE NOT PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THIS VENDOR PROVIDED. MY HUSBAND ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO RE-DO SOME WINDOWS AND HE STILL WASN'T HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT. WE WOULDN'T CHOOSE TO USE THIS VENDOR AGAIN.
