Very professional. Lonnie and his crew removed two large trees within a few hours and cleaned up afterwards. This was no easy task. Price was fair and I would definitely use them again!

Lonnie is excellent. He gave me an arrival window of between 10am and 10:30am, and apologized for being late when he showed up a little before 10:30am. Apparently he had a little mishap with his new truck and the chipper trailer coming unhitched. In the process of correcting that issue he smashed his pointer finger pretty good splitting the nail. And yet, he still made it on time, after having to swap out is new truck for an old one etc. Lonnie taped up his finger and they went straight to work. I was going to go do some errands why they were doing the job, but frankly, I became enthralled at watching them work. They were a well oiled team that worked great together. Though Lonnie never left any doubt about who was in charge. All total, it took just under 3 hours to take down and completely remove both trees.

Alpha did an exceptional job.  They arrived on time, worked fast, were kind and considerate of my property and the neighbors.  They had an excellent crew.  They had to remove part of the fence to get at some of the trees.  They made sure the limbs and branches that fell on either side were quickly picked up and little pieces racked up. They also chipped the limbs and had quite a ways to carry them to the chipper.  They also had a blower and cleaned all sawdust from the chipper.  I was very impressed. Lonnie gave me advice on other trees in the yard.  They did extra items like trimming other branches here and there for me at no extra charges,  I will certainly have them back in the fall to do more work for me.  They forgot to put the small section of fence back up, so I called them and they were back in around 15 min. and had the fence back up.   Now that is what I call  professional.

Alpha Tree did a great job of removing a 45-yr old tree that was located in a very difficult place for them to work. They worked very quickly, safely and smartly to get the job done with no damage to my property. I really appreciated that they were willing to take extra care not to damage the roof or crack the driveway. They also did a superb job of clearing away all the branches and debris. Great clean-up job, too. All the guys were very conscientious and diligent.
