Aloha Executive Sedan & Limousine Service

On the recommendation of a friend I booked Aloha Executive Sedan & Limousine Service to take my parents to their 50th wedding anniversary dinner. It was an excellent choice! Phil at Aloha provided an exceptional level of customer care. He was responsive, friendly, accommodating and on time (early, actually). He went out of his way to ensure the “surprise” parts of the evening stayed secret, and was even kind enough to take a couple photos of my parents so they could text them to me and my husband. The car, a luxury SUV, was clean, well-cared for and comfortable. The pricing was very simple and transparent, with no extra fees or hidden charges – just a flat fee each way. The rate was reasonable, and actually less than the other car services I cold-called off the internet. If you’re looking for a car service in the Portland area, this is the one. I highly recommend Aloha and would use them again without hesitation.

Even at 12:30 a.m. in the morning they looked professional and were just, very nice. My wife was very happy and slept half the way home. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Would use them again and feel very safe using them.

I called this service provider due to great Angie list reviews. I was not disappointed. The owner answered the phone immediately as he always did when I called him. I told him where we needed to be picked up, flight number, airline as well when we needed his service. I did this a couple of weeks before needing the service. He was very prompt being there 10 minutes before the pick up time, helped us with our bags and on top of it had a very nice van with doors on both sides of the van that opened. Easy to get in and made sure we were in before he himself got in to the vehicle. The vehicle was well maintained and he was very personable. I talked to him on the way to the airport about picking us up when we got back and he said he could do that and I gave him all the info. I went to pay him and he said, no, just pay me after I pick you up from your return trip. Upon out return trip, he was waiting at the airport for us and delivered us home. Taxi companies provide a good service, but the service this provider provided is up and above the taxi service. A more comfortable ride with the type of vehicle, more personable then some cab drivers and a smoother ride as some cab drivers hurry to get you there so they can get another fare as soon as possible which I understand. What I gave him including a tip was cheaper than paying for economy parking at the airport, not to mention curbside service from house to airport back to house. No getting on and economy parking lot shuttle to get to the airport before your flight or after your flight as well as driving to and back from the airport. Plus, you are not giving your money to the port of Portland, but to a hard working independent service provider trying to make a living. I would use this provider again in a heartbeat and already have a trip planned in December in which he will provide shuttle service to and from the airport. Please support someone (the small guy) trying to make a living and use this service.

Phoned service and told them my coordinates. Since I live in NE Portland and am fairly close to the airport, I was told that I could save money by just calling a cab. I went ahead and ordered the service which arrived on time and got us to the airport on time. When we arrived home from our trip, the limo was waiting on time for us. Drivers were courteous and friendly. What I liked most about the service was two days later: there was a knock on our door. The driver came back to our house because I had left my sun glasses in his car. He went out of his way to return them. That's great service!!!

We have used Phil's services often over the past couple of years, and he and his employees are quite professional, very reliable, and we highly recommend him.
