I have had the pleasure of working with Allen for alittle over a year, and just got done closing on my first home with him.  I learned so much from him in the home buying process.  He is a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience and it shows. 

I originally had called Allen inquiring about a home that was situated near my Dad.  The home ended up being a short sale and I did not purchase that home.  However, I got to meet Allen in the process and I knew without a doubt that when I was more ready and prepared to buy a home; I would definitely call on him.

Once that time came, I didn't hesitate to call on Allen because I remember how comfortable I felt with him. I could tell right from the start that Allen was an honest realtor with a lot of integrity.  Allen showed me many homes in my budget and with the amenities that I wanted in a home until I found the perfect one for me. Along the way there was highs and lows, but he guided me along the way and always knew what to do and how to handle the situations that would arise. I felt like he really looked out for me.  In home buying there are surprises that sometimes pop up and things you don't necessarily see coming, but he did and always knew how to handle it appropriately and professionally. He also made the process fun and that's important too because it is a very exciting thing to buy a home...and for me it was my first home.  I am proud to say, as of last week, that I am a homeowner....and I feel like I have a Realtor for life now and one that I will always recommend highly.

Allen helped me purchase my primary residence from a bank at a discounted rate. He was able decipher the banks system, communicate this understanding to me, and help me to make informed decisions. He has also served as my Washington realtor in searching for income property. Allen has provided excellent, responsive, service.
