Dan is polite and works quickly. Unfortunately, the quality of his work for us was terrible. In the days after he completed the work, two of the supply ducts produced clouds of debris when the furnace fan came on. Rather than call him back, we stuck our household vacuum hose down the duct work, and debris could be heard being sucked through the vacuum hose. In one of the rooms, our vacuum hose came out with the dried carcass of a long-dead mouse on the nozzle. In addition, two of the ducts had become torn in plastic lining of the duct work. We called him and explained what we had experienced, and he offered to redo the work for free or refund our money. We didn't want him back; so, we said we'd accept a refund. He agreed. We never heard or received anything. We called him repeatedly, and he was full of promises, but no compliance. At one point, we agreed to a refund of only half the fee. Again, he agreed but never delivered. Repeated calls resulted only in excuses.
