Requested service call to assess for install of heat pump. Recommended parts & install for old unit, but repairs did not work after installation. Repairman provided quote for heat pump. Paid for expensive (and UNSUCCESSFUL repairs). I was told that price of repairs would be credited ONLY if I contracted with company for their installation of heat pump. Poor communications overall. Issue not resolved by company.

Joe was professional, on-time and even offered to come a day earlier to install if my schedule allowed. This company was excellent in communication and scheduling prompt service. The unit they installed is performing beautifully. Definitely recommend!

Joe was very informative, clear, and prompt in the quote stage, and the same professionalism carried over to the install stage. We can't speak highly enough of them. Very satisfied!! Our system works perfectly, we love the scheduling options we have on our thermostat, and our monthly electric usage was immediately cut in half!

It was fine. I said I didn't want the same guy out, I wanted somebody different, so they sent out the guy who did our heating, and he did a good job. I think the price is good, I don't know how comparable it is to other people. It wasn't bad. The quality is good except for that one time. They didn't get it right the first time, and I told them they could have burnt down my house, and I am not happy about that.

I called the company, the salesman, Joe Hammes called me right back and set up an appointment to evaluate our current system.
They were very professional, excellent followup, excellent service.
The install crew was very professional and courteous.
They were very neat and picked up after themselves.
At the end of the day you would have never have known that they had been there.
The price was exactly what they quoted, the install time and date was exactly when they quoted.
The follow up has been excellent

Joe and his co-worker were awesome. The prices were excellent, the communication and post installation follow up was top notch. I plan to use his company for a new Carrier HVAC system in the coming year. They have a friendliness and knowledge that I did not find in the other two HVAC contractors I looked at - including the people who put in my existing system.

It went very well. I had used the company before and was happy with their service at that time. I called regarding the condensation pan which had leaked into the ceiling below and done some damage. On previous advice from a technician I called and scheduled a system maintenance service and saved money on the repair visit. The technician arrived on time and got the initial problem solved first, then cleaned and serviced the furnace and air conditioning systems including a serious cleanup on our outside unit.
He also spotted a contactor that needed to be replaced and had been causing our AC to come on with difficulty and would eventually have damaged our compressor. Also added refrigerant which was one pound low. He left the area clean and orderly and even discounted the electrical part needed. While it's never fun to pay a repair bill, I felt the price was fair for the service required and I was satisfied with the work quality and professionalism. This was my third experience with this company over about a 5 year period and I have been happy with their work each time.

Serviceman did not have the appropriate circuit board with him to complete the job. He said it would be several days before one ordered would get back to him. He told me if I went into Portland to pick it up (I live in Vancouver) that he could get it done within the next day. I went into Portland and picked up the circuit so he could complete the job soon. Turns out he didn't secure the wires of the circuit board in the installation. So our air conditioner, which is electronically tied into our gas furnace, died about a month ago because these wires became loose inside when the gas furnace was closed up after this service call. It cost me another HVAC service call (different company) to find this out.

We try very hard to carry an assortment of parts on our truck and in our shop as to be able to repair as many brands and models of equipment as possible, however it is impossible to have all of them, the option for you to cross over the river and get the part you needed was an option we have and will continue to offer to our customers. During the installation of a circuit board we work with a lot of original wiring that is from the original installation and it is possible to disturb some of those wires. I am sorry that this has happened to you and will try to make sure it is not a future problem for our customers. THERE SHOULD NOT have been any additional cost to you to fix a loose wire that we disturbed and I am sorry we didn't have the opportunity to repair the loose wire it would have been FREE of charge. If you have any problems in the future please don't hesitate to call me and I would be happy to come out with no charge to you for the service call. This is the only way I believe I can make this up to you and earn your trust that you once placed in my company. Thank You, Pat"

All Seasons was very responsive when we initially contacted them. They came to our home to look around within a couple days of the first phone call. All Seasons gave us ample information about our choices of AC units. The only thing lacking here was some confusion about the tax rebate that is available for efficient units. But we saw similar confusion from other HVAC companies, so I suspect that no one really has this rebate figured out yet. I would expect that the companies producing the units would get on the ball regarding the tax rebate; it should not be left to individual installers to advise the customers. We had some negotiations about the price and features of the job. There were some delays both on our side and on All Season's as we went through the negotiation process. But their response time was reasonable throughout the process. I feel that the price we finally arrived at was fair. On the day of the installation, All Seasons arrived right on time. All Seasons completed the work quickly and professionally. They were friendly and cleaned up after their job. It was wonderful to feel that cool air circulating through the house!

Due to the fact that we wanted the latest and most efficient heat pump from Carrier, it took All Seasons several months to get the unit in. When it finally arrived and the workers had unloaded it from the truck to install, they discovered that the unit had been severely damaged in transit from the plant to their distributor. We had to wait several weeks again to receive a new one. All the while, All Seasons was aware of our frustration and the fact that we were enduring some very warm temperatures in our house this summer. The workers who came out to do the install did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The unit is performing great for both heating and cooling. It is extremely quiet when operating. All Seasons did give us a discount off the original price due to our trouble.

Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and responsive to our problem. The repairman was very helpful and willing to answer my many questions. However, I prefer service/sales people who explain my options and encourage me to make an informed decision. This situation was not an emergency but it would have been difficult to comparison shop. I was left with the uncomfortable sense that I was talked into a more expensive product than was necessary. I have not decided whether I would recommend this company to others.

Jessie and the company were professional, knowledgeable, on time, and competitively priced. They charged $60 for a diagnostic while the competition charged between $85 and $100. He was polite and helpful with his advice. I appreciated that he told us where to go to buy the filter, and the type to buy, instead of selling us the filter through All Seasons. The company fit our appointment in within two business days, which I considered reasonable given that it was summer.
