Worst car dealer experience ever. We made an appointment through Costco car buyer program. They knew exactly what we wanted down to the color before we made appointment. We arrived and the car was not there. We were at dealer's for 6 hours while they picked up the car. Additionally, they used complete old school predatory sales techniques including adding $1700 for Fargo-esk "True Coat" types of things that we didn't want or need (thankfully we were able to get out of these). To top it all off, when we're signing papers after 6 hours, they had a disclosure agreement that we consented to them filming/listening to us (without our knowledge) while we were there. Unbelievable!

Made an appointment to test drive the car that I had custom-built on the web for the following morning, but as a lone woman going to buy a car I was "dreading" the "used car salesman" approach that I had experienced in the past from other dealers where you spent the entire day haggling. This was not the case. I test drove at 11 am the car and was home with my new car by 2 pm. The salesman was friendly, honest and a joy to work with. I would definitely buy another car from him/dealership. What a great experience.

Through the Costco Auto Program I gave them a call and got a very prompt reply regarding our desire to purchase a vehicle.
We are happy with the vehicle and the paper processing with the Finance Manager was handled professionally and went smoothly and quickly. I would rate this particular aspect of the vehicle purchase as an 'A'. However other experiences after the purchase left me feeling less impressed with other departments.
There were two problems we experienced 1) When we were negotiating the purchase price the night before, we never received the official printed Costco price sheet like we were supposed to. It turns out that the Costco price we were quoted was $100 above what it should have been. In their followup, Costco talked with the dealership and I was supposed to get a call back from the designated Alan Webb Mazda/Costco contact - but 1 1/2 months later I have not received any communication.
2) our names were misspelled on the title. I left the registration with the office and never got a call to explain how to get it corrected. I made a number of followup calls and one week later I finally got a call back.

The facility is fine. The people were very professional and efficient. It has been a good experience. I've always found dealerships to be a little expensive.

A tech came out a looked at my car and ran a diagnostic on it. It turned out to be no big deal but he fixed the issues without charging me. He was very nice and had me on my way in minutes.
