Bob was very friendly and very accommodating when he came out to bid the job. However, he was hard to get hold of to begin the work. I eventually let Bob know I thought he had too many things going on to do this job for me.

"MANY TIMES YOU DO BIDS WITHOUT GETTING HIRED. ITS PART OF BUSINESS ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE TIME CONSUMING. THIS JOB NEEDED TO BE LOCATED FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITY'S. I DON'T DIG WITHOUT A LOCATE, ITS THE LAW AND I FOLLOW IT. SORRY THAT THIS CUSTOMER WAS UNHAPPY. SHE WAS A VERY NICE LADY. I HAVE A YEAR AROUND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM WITH CUSTOMERS OF OVER 10 YEARS. I KEEP MY MAINTENANCE CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND I DO ALMOST EVERYTHING. ALTHOUGH I TAKE NEW JOBS AND 1 TIME JOBS. MY MAINTENANCE CUSTOMERS ARE MY FIRST PRIORITY AS THEY PAY ME MY SALARY YEAR ROUND. THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING US AND I HOPE YOUR PROJECT WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH GREAT RESULTS. THANK YOU, BOB"

"THIS IS A BIT CONFUSING TO ME. I TALKED TO THIS PERSON ON THE PHONE, SET APPOINTMENT, CAME BY TWICE TRYING TO MEET WITH HER, AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE DOOR. SHE WAS LOOKING FOR A TEMPORARY PERSON TO DO MAINTENANCE. I CALLED BACK TWICE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. GAS IS OVER 3.09 A GALLON. IT'S NOT FAIR TO PLAY GAMES WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS. THIS IS THE REASON MANY BUSINESSES ARE STARTING TO CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES."

He is very thorough and always goes the extra mile to make my yard look extraordinary. He is a pleasure to work with in every way. Also, he is a man of moral integrity, and I just know I can trust him. To talk with him at all is to know this clearly.
