Inexpensive, does great work, but doesn't readily return calls and although weekly service is timely, other scheduled service is often late or not timely.

Both my husband and myself called and left messages on two separate occasions requesting a quote for some yard work. Neither of our calls were returned and it has now been close to 2 weeks since we called. Very poor customer service.

Made appointment for a Monday, but they did not show up. By Thursday when they did not show and I had not heard from them, I called again. They promised to come out Friday but again did not show. Friday I called again, they said Monday, but did not show for a third time.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS LAWN SERVICE. JUSTINO AND KATHY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND DO A VERY NICE JOB. THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE IF YOU NEED OTHER WORK DONE.
