Timely response to original bid, timely installation, professional workers. The installation day, they said they'd be back to first dry day to reseal the seams. The rain / wind was so strong & the consistency of the sealant (glue?) was thin, so much of it was pushed out and down the drain. I've called at least 6 times over the past 60 days. The office person was helpful, however she's not been able to get them here. One appointment was made, and they were a no-show. All other calls have been unresponsive from the owner /crews. Had they responded timely to the follow-up we'd rate them an "A". Out of concerns of the gutter failing in the future and not having recourse I'm for the first time, rating an Angies List service as "F"
