It went very well.

In 2012 I had him hand brush the moss off the roof and his bill was just as he had indicated on the bid: $350 plus tax. I was very pleased with his careful and thorough work. He cleaned off all debris from the deck, patio, yard, and lawn. Each of the following 4 years Vlad Semeryanov has continued to do an excellent job of promptly scheduling the work, completing the work thoroughly, and cleaning up any debris or mess. His price seems very reasonable and has not increased. This winter I also hired Advanced Maintenance Co. to replace and paint trim boards around windows, replace and paint trim boards around the deck area, and re-caulk siding seams and joints. Vlad Semeryanov did an excellent job of all the repair work on the exterior of the house, including carefully matching paint colors. He also adjusted his work schedule to fit with some extended times when I was not available. I would not hesitate to recommend Vlad Semeryanov of Advanced Maintenance Co. to my friends and family. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is high.

The owner, Vlad, is a handy-man and does most of the work himself. We used him last year just to clean our gutters. This time he was slow to return calls, tried to rearrange schedule for his convenience, not ours, double scheduled work, causing him to rush our paint touch-up, which ultimately made the painting look spotty (didn't cover completely). When we got our bill, he charged us an extra $40 for unclogging a couple downspouts that he did when he originally came out to discuss the work we wanted done so he could give us a bid. No mention was made of this charge before the work was performed, nor that it would be in addition to the price he would charge for cleaning the gutters. When I got the final bill, I was shocked to see this add-on charge. He was not willing to remove the charge and became very rude when I discussed the surprise add-on charge. I will not use him ever again, nor would I recommend him to anyone else!

Vlad is the go to guy for stuff at our house. We now have super clean windows. Thank you!!

Came same day I called and did a good job.

I was referred to Vlad by a friend. We had new siding installed on our house and needed a painter. After four bids, we gave the job to Vlad because he had the best bid and a good reputation. The job cost $2,000 not including the paint. We chose Miller Evolution Paint that comes with a lifetime warrantee and retails for $54.00 a gallon. Using Vlad's contractors discount, we paid $34.00 a gallon. It took about 24 gallons to apply two coats plus two more gallons for the trim. Vlads crew always showed up on time , did a very good job, cleaned up when they were finished and were polite and professional. All in all, we are very pleased with what we got and the price we paid. I have already referred Vlad to a neighbor who is also pleased with his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced maintenance to my friends and family. I promise you, there will be no disappointments.

The same excellence in work that I discovered over 3 years ago when these fellows did many jobs ....including removing mold in the living room of my deseased parents home and repairing that section that they had removed. Painting the entire interior of this home and doing other general work to get it ready for sale.

I called Advanced and asked for an estimate to clean the gutters. They came by a couple of days later and did the estimate, providing it to me in writing. I wasn't present for the estimate. I liked the price so I scheduled the cleaning for the following week. Someone from the household was present while the work was done. Everything went as expected. They cleaned up nicely.

I called for an estimate and the owner gave me an estimate the next day. The work began a couple of days later and was completed timely and in a professional manner.

First, he has worked for me before and I was very pleased. I called and left a msg requesting an estimate on 4/21. He called back the same day but I missed the call. The next morning I spoke to him and he gave me an estimate (which is exactly what he billed me). I specifically told him I was not in a hurry and to just fit the work in when he had time. When I arrived home from work, he had already started as he had finished another job in the neighborhood. He had cleaned the roof and gutters and apologized that he did not have his power washer with him that day to clean the gutter screens. Before leaving, he cleaned off my porch, driveway and back patio of all debris. It was spotless. He came back early the next week and powerwashed the gutter screens, fixed the shingle, replaced the downspout adapter and unclogged the downspout pipe. He also figured out why my downspout keeps getting clogged and left a detail drawing for me. Again, he left everything spotless. He is extremely polite, did the work quickly and billed me exactly what he estimated. For the work beyond the initial estimate, he waited for me to ask him to do it and then billed me an surprisingly small amount. I would definitely hire him again.

He took off all of the gutter screens and cleaned them thoroughly. He blew the debris my whole roof on a low setting. He also powered washed my house. I was not charged for the moss treatment because I bought it. He left my porch cleaner then it had been. He also left his insurance card and references at the estimate. He did a lot of extra work that he wasn't paid for. He did an excellent.

Vlad showed up on time, got right to work and finished up quickly. I had asked him to repair one gutter on the second level, but he felt that the gutter was too damaged. He said he could repair it, but it wouldn't hold long and I'd be better off replacing it.

This job was scheduled for and completed on the very next day after my phone call. In addition to doing the job quickly and thoroughly, Vlad was the soul of professional courtesy with a polite and friendly personal manner. The job previous to mine took about 30 minutes longer than anticipated, and he proffered his apology for the unavoidable minor delay. Vlad's pricing compares very favorably with his competitors for the same service.
