The worst part, as I know things happen, is I have been trying for 6 months to get ahold of them and they do not respond. I have texted and called multiple times.
I am quite stunned at the caliber of work as I was told they were amazing and they did a fabulous job on my brother's house.
We just moved into a new house with beautiful maple floors that were only 6 years old, but severely abused by renters and never really installed properly. Also, the front hall closet had a loose piece of carpet over the sub-floor and looked horrible, so we wanted them to match and install the same wood floor in the closet so that it matched the living room. They were not the lowest bid, but came in somewhere in the middle and my husband is a contractor and knows prices fairly well, so we thought it was a reasonable bid. But then they went over and above by locating and purchasing the extra wood for the closet and installing it without raising their original price. They sanded for 2 1/2 days working tirelessly during a bad heat wave we were having. They masked off the kitchen and other areas of the house so that we did not have to move out while they were working. Then they put 3 coats of Swedish finish on the floors over 2 days. Our floors looked perfect like they had just been installed brand new. We still can't believe how beautiful they look, especially since they were so messed up by the previous occupants and also not installed properly to begin with. These guys are experts at their craft and can turn a nightmare floor into a showcase floor in a matter of a few days. We highly recommend them!
